Very well located, spacious restaurant/beer house. Food is lovely and prices are perfectly reasonable for the portions. You may check space in advance if you will be going for dinner at peak times. I found our table bit lack in hygine as the mat had food stains and there was hair around the salt-pepper set... Service is okay, not so... More

When we walked up it was 6:00pm and it looked to be closed. But don't worry. It is a very large restaurant that you only see a small portion from the front door/window. We came for the goulash. It is not the same as Hungarian Goulash. There is no paprika (red bell peppers) in the recipe. However the Czech style... More

The place is small but cozy so make sure to have a reservation as the place could get pack easily. The food is good, and the serving is just right. Though the service is a little slow, but its okey....it is good to have a little chat while enjoying the food.

We ate here twice on a three night stay in Prague. The food was excellent, the service was curt but understandable considering how busy they were. It's a small restuarant so make reservations, you won't get in after 6 without reservations especially on the weekend.

We visited here for lunch, intrigued by the menu which we noticed while walking by. As vegetarians there was a reasonable choice. I had baked goat's cheese on frizzy lettuce with apple and cranberry sauce, while my husband had potato, tomato and olive stew. Both dishes were enjoyable, though not necessarily ones to seek out again. The coffee at the end... More

Cute restaurant, great stew, not great potatoes, decent staff, and good beer. We would go back again just for the stew!

In our last day in Prague, my wife had one request, Goulash. Found this place on TripAdvisor and they ratings were true to their word. This place has REALLY good Goulash. After reading on the previous issues with wait service here, we were proactive with knowing all we wanted to order the first time they came around. We didn't have... More

The restaurant was pretty nice with different old objects on the walls. The food was tasty and very good looking.

If you're used to good customer service, this isn't the place to get some. My friend and I visited Mlejnice in November 2016. We were greeted by a rude waiter who refused to sit us anywhere but the table right by the door of the restaurant, claiming the other several tables were all reserved (we later saw a couple come... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
