How is Equilibrista Italian restaurant rated?

My wife and I (both italian expats) had dinner here. Her pasta with fish was average, nothing really special, my antipasto was ok but didn’t require any cooking ability (selection of hams and salami). What was really disappointing was the terrible and sad service (the...waiter was not welcoming at all, never smiling and barely speaking... he wasn’t even able to say “enjoy yr meal”!) and the general atmosphere of the place. Definitely needs some improvement, since the location is pretty nice and the selection of wines quite good.More

Best Italian in Prague!

The food in Equilibrista is always amazing! They have a great selection of wine and when they recommend you one for pairing with your food is just spot on! Last time, I went with a friend and we had pasta (normally we get the fish...or the beef, our favorites!). The pasta with the rabbit ragú and it was amazing! The filling was just so tasty! Totally recommended!More

Excellent Restaurant

We tried this restaurant on our trip to Prague in August 2019 and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, wine great and the owners could not have been nicer. As a former restaurateur myself, I could tell that they were very knowledgeable in terms...of wines, food quality & preparation and creating an elegant, yet cozy ambience in the restaurant. We ended up talking to them for a good 30 minutes just before leaving. Without a doubt one of the best fine dining experiences we ever had.More

Hidden gem, amazing service

Hidden gem, amazing persona and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend, we had the burrata, tagliatelle ragu and steak- all perfect and authentic.

Very excellent dinner with personal touch

We came here for dinner and we really enjoyed the food and wine The service was very attentive and the food came fast and freshly prepared. The restaurant has a personal touch and the owner thoroughly picks his products which all are from Italy. It's...the perfect restaurant for people that appreciate the Italian cuisine.More

AMAZING RESTAURANT IN PRAGUE

A friend of mine living in Prague highly recommended me this restaurant for its great food and wine and pleasant service. The tagliatelle al tartufo were heavenly. We then had a tagliata and pluma iberica, both superb, washed down with a beautiful Veuilermin (not sure...about the spelling though). Definitely a top tip from my friend.More

Lovely restaurant

I was very pleased by the service i have received. The owners are such nice people. The food was very delicious and the wine was as fine as could be. The next time i'm visting Prague i will come back to this beautiful restaurant again....Highly recommended by me.More

Frequent customer

I keep visiting the same places in Prague and I must say , I've never been disappointed by this restaurant. Food is always really really good. Super friendly staff.

Wonderful restaurant!

We had a great visit to this restaurant. The owner welcomed us with impeccable service and had lots of great recommendations for the food and wine. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and the food was incredibly good.

Italian cuisine

Expensive. Quality acceptable

The lady (maybe the owner) was very welcoming and kind. The starter of “salumi & prosciutto” was very good and not that expensive. The Water (San Pellegrino) was overpriced. I was not able to accept any glass of wine. None of the proposed wines were...well preserved and I found them too acidic and not well oxygenated. The Ravioli with spinach and ricotta had too much oil and butter, additionally the dough was too thick The special dish (grilled tuna with red onions and potatoes) was good, but definitely too expensive for the average prices.More

Amazing!

Had the best night! Both food and personal. We were a group of 8 and everyone was super happy with their food🙌🏻 Amd the family who works their knows their food and service! The pluma (pork) was beyond delicious, best pork ever tasted👌🏻
