We had two really nice lunches here, the waiting staff were really friendly and helpful, and we would certainly return when next in Prague. Pizza was excellent and ministrone soup really good. Not on the main tourist route but well worth a little detour.

My wife and I were both delighted with the atmosphere, quality of food, and service at this restaurant...so much so that we deliberately went there twice during our time in Prague. And if you return to the restaurant with a receipt from a prior meal there, they offered a 10% discount on the next meal!

What a fantastic find this place was. We stumbled across it on our way back towards Charles bridge after a trip to Petrin hill. It's situated on Ujezd, only a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the funicular railway that takes you up to the Petrin tower. It was very reasonably priced. The quality of the food was absolutely... Lovely Italian restaurant where food was delicious. Just a short walk from Charles Bridge and so glad we stumbled across it by accident

We visited here in June 2016. Staff was very friendly and they offered us table from outside that just came free, cause there was so hot inside. We had pizza and that was good and big enough. Place was full all the time, so waiters were understandably very busy. Gladly we were not in a hurry.

Visited this restaurant last January with a group of 21. We were just off plane and had restaurant prebooked. We were all somewhat on tired side. We were seated downstairs which was nice and cozy , ideal for groups. Restaurant had a nice variety of dishes and on talking to everyone next day everyone found food top class, from starters,... Friendly staff, good standard of food, very relaxed atmosphere, nice decor. I had gnocchi and my husband had grilled chicken in balsamic sauce. Both delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

I booked a reservation here thinking we might like a break from Czech cuisine. We all enjoyed our meals - pastas and pizzas, and friendly servers! Recommend!

Our food was ok but my lasagne was very basic on a roasting hot plate with no accompaniment. The chicken was not of the highest quality but the veg was nice. The waiter whipped away my plate whilst my partner was finishing his food. And highlighting (with a yellow highlighter!) on the bill that "service charge is not included" was... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
