There was 6 of us, and with drinks and starters it came to 3766.00 CZK. Not too expensive, but not cheap. Could not fault the meals which ranged from their house burger to t-bone steak and a few sides. The service was good. Unlike some of the restaurants in Prague where staff appeared surly, as if they had a chip... More

A party of 8, we spent 4 full days in Prague. With so many choices in and around the old town square, and with differing TA reviews for the same restaurant, I've come to the conclusion that having a decent meal is a hit-and-miss affair. Fortunately our visit to the Crazy Cow one evening for dinner was fine. With 10... More

I think it's fair to measure a steak house by its steaks, and this one wasn't particularly good. Too much pepper in the sauce, too. The waitresses were very friendly, but I noticed they didn't wipe off the table before (or after) we sat down, even though it was a bit wet from the people before us. Usually, it's not... More

Food is good - steak was beautiful, fish properly cooked, burgers ok. Fries are a bit soggy though. The staff are disinterested and we were abandoned upstairs after our food was served. More fool them as it meant we didn't order more drinks! They did also seem a bit dodgy though - for example the card machine was "not working"... More

After a morning of touring the Synagogues in the Jewish Quarter we stopped at the Crazy Cow for a light lunch. We were goulashed out. We both ordered chicken caesar salads which were quite good. The service was good and the atmoshere was that of a small cafe. The prices were reasonable. Like most of the restaurants we've eaten at... More

A friendly and popular steak restaurant, with a Wild West theme. The steak was exceptional and the burger tasty, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Food and service was excellent. Unfortunately they "forgot" to bring back 1000 czk ~ 40€... Shady place, we'll not try it again.

We were in Prague in a six guy group in the 29th weekend of 2015. We found the place quite easily and the centre of Prague Old Town. The reception was quite good although there was a small hassle before we got seated. We got the smallest table able to seat six big and tall Scandinavians. There was room upstairs... More

Fabulous steak... "The best I've ever had" said my fussy friend! Lovely, friendly and chatty service. Yummy food. Steaks cooked to order. Big portions. Would recommend to anyone who is a meat eater.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
