Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fast service with good Czech food. A smallish menu, but has the typical pork dishes, cabbage, potatoes and beer. Was recommended by our nearby hotel, went about 1700 on a weekday, no wait, but have heard that waits can be pretty long at times. On...a very touristy street. Service was really fast and efficient, good place to try if in the area.More

Highly reccomend but very disappointing. Service was very rushed and like you were an inconvenience which was not good. Pork knuckle was really nice but the pankakes were very overdone and inedible. Would return.

Fantastic pork knuckle (best I have had in Europe including Germany, Alsace and Luxembourg in that). Enough for two people Service fantastic and friendly. Get there early if you don’t want to queue for a long time in busy season

We were very lucky to stumble upon this restaurant while strolling around Prague. After noticing a queue outside, we joined in, assuming it was a popular place. While in the queue we scanned their menu with excitement. We enjoyed the ribs and pork brioche so...much, that we came back for more the next day. Food, service, setting and beer were exceptional. Well done 👍More

Waited a few minutes outside in a line as no reservation, but quickly seated and served. A small menu, but still had choice. Directed to QR code for additional info., but didn’t have access on phone and no Wi-Fi, so not so helpful. Beer and...wine both nice. We had veal schnitzel and pulled pork - didn’t realise the pulled pork was a sandwich ( and probably wouldn’t have chosen it had we known), but it was very tasty. Service quick and efficient.More

Even though it was pretty crowded, we still got a table within 10 minutes, without reservations at about 1:00pm. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was AMAZING, really good Czech beer and beautiful ambiance. Overall perfect, definitely recommend !!🍻 10/10🤩

Great Food in what felt like a very authentic Prague place. The waiters were super kind, the service was fast and the food was delicious. We did not queue because we arrived at 12.30, but heading out at 13.30 there. was a long wait. Despite...the name a few options for vegetarians are availableMore

Excellent food and great service! The beer is good, too. Long wait to get in, but well worth it. It's located near the Charles Bridge on the same side as the castle.

The food was amazing, we had the pulled pork knuckle sandwich and ribs, meat and sides were fantastic. We didn’t have a reservation and only waited 10 minutes on a Saturday night but larger groups had to wait much longer. Staff was great as well.

Too salty food and bad atmosphere like conveyor at a factory. Everybody runs somewhere, not cozy. But dark beer was ok as for me.

A must-try if you are a meat lover! We went for lunch and over-ordered as you could easily share a pork knuckle and side between two people, portions are very generous, and very tasty! The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, with really great service....I would advise booking as there was a bit of a queue when we arrived at 1 pm.More
