Very decent food, huge portions, lower end prices, very good value for money and a quiet pleasant environment. Was a lovely find on the third day in Prague.

We ate here after a long day of walking and it was a lovely place for unwinding. The waiters were in traditional costumes and the decoration of the whole place made us feel like we were in a local hidden gem. We ordered beef goulash and roast pork and the portions were so huge that we were unable to finish... More

Small cosy restaurant with tasty food. Located near Pražský hrad, easy to find. It's a good place to try local cuisine.

Been here quite a few times on trips to Prague. Food is always excellent and service very good. The kitchen is on show: immaculately clean with an unflappable chef!

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
