We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Prague, first on our first night, and again the next day for lunch. Very good service, a waiter talked me through all the items on the menu that were vegetarian, a better service than I would expect in the UK even, and ordering was stress free. Very nice staff who served... More

We brunched at Como when during our recent visit to Prague. The outdoor seating was charming, even on a cold day, due to the awning & heaters. My son has Celiac and the staff were careful to ensure his food was gluten free.

Having been away traveling for the past several weeks, I revisited my favourite cafe-restaurant upon my return to Prague today. I cannot be happier with the changes to the interior they have made. What used to be a "dead space" at the back of the restaurant where nobody wanted to sit for their meal, there is now an elegant, modern... More

We were really late with our reservation for new years eve. This was the only restaurant, who had capacity. Unfortunaly there was a loong queue in front of the restaurant even for the people with reservation. The food on the buffet was't so good. The mussels not that fresh and the fish was just disgusting. The meat was so so.... More

Second night on our city break we walked over to Como from our hotel. We were greeted by Javier, the front of house guy that was so welcoming and offered two cups of warm wine. He was so helpful, pleasant and polite and you could tell he was enjoying what he was doing even though it was -1 degree C... More

Upon visiting Como restaurant after a day of wondering the city, we was so impressed with the luxurious service and delicious food. The restaurant feels very contemporary and modern but still holds a sense of authenticity in its busy location near the markets. The beers were great and the duck amazing! My mum had a beef goulash with potato dumplings... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
