We had a romantic, peaceful dinner, well-attended by a charming server. Good food and a very reasonable price. We will return.

My mom and I stumbled across this place on the walk back to our hotel. Really glad we did. The server was attentive, the atmosphere was good, and the food was delicious and very decently priced. We were both pleased with the experience and would recommend.

We chanced upon this little restaurant that served delicious fresh and local fare. Well priced and well worth eating here, will eat here again.

I was recently staying alone in central Prague on business and ate her both nights, great Czech food in a really friendly environment and will in no way break bank. Made me feel very welcome but left me alone to catch up on mail using their wifi. Forget the European and American style restaurants all around Wenceslas Square and look... More

My husband and I dined there two nights running. The food was fantastic and well presented. Our server was called Lukas, he was amazing. The service was excellent, and Lukas always had a smile when he served us. and plenty drinks to wash it down. He also explained things to us about certain drinks. He had a good sense of... More

We spent 5 days in Prague. This was probably the most delicious place we went to. We actually tried the top 3 rated places, but this one impressed us the most! Food was excellent quality. Over our two visits, we had the roast pork with dumplings, cabbage, potato croquettes, soup of the day and a salad. Service was also very... More

Very local and friendly place. It is a bit out of the way but worth looking for. Genuine Czek food at a very modest price. Decor is not so appealing but we ate well and were treated very well from the start.

Good recommendation from tour guide and lived up to the suggestion. Menu options good. Food very good and friendly, pleasant service. Price represented value for money and wine list OK. Close to hotels and city centre. Several persons on tour similarly pleased with this venue.

This restaurant was recommended by our Tour guide and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted by Jason and promptly shown to our table. The variety of food choices was sufficient to satisfy all our tastes although the vegetarian choices were limited. All meals were reasonably priced and my grilled Trout was delicious. Would recommend this restaurant.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
