Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

the beer was ok, good french fries, but the service was terrible. bartender made me feel dumb for asking questions- like what’s the size difference in fries, should we pay before or after, which cider does he prefer… my boyfriend and i were surprised that...every answer was “uh i don’t know” or the answer to the fries was like “well it’s 500grams” which it says right on the menu… not super helpful or kind in any way.More

Good traditional choice for food and the beers were excellent ! Service was great as we dined. My better hall does not take beers but they had non alcoholic beers which was great.

Prague Beer Museam on Smetanovo Nábř is a superb pub that offers a superb range of beer's and is 1 of 4 Prague Beer Museam pubs dotted throughout Prague. This pub is an excellent pub with a superb interior with a beer related theme throughout it's...whole interior Located in a superb area where there's an excellent arrey of pubs/bars and excellent restaurants and many interesting sites and on every occasion we've visited Prague me and my twin brother always visit here. When we visited here it was extremely lively which is how we like pub/bars and restaurants as the atmosphere is much better. On our visit we had a few pints of Czech Republic beer from the Lobkowicz Brewing Company that were served in perfect condition and really well priced. This is a brilliant pub that's in a really good area of the old town thats well worth a visit and very easy to find from the tram stop at Karlovy Lázně it's a short walk away.(This is my 2nd review of the Prague Beer Museam on Smetanovo Nábř). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-11.00-02.00. Public Transport. Tram Stop. Karlovy Lázně Tram Stop-02-17-18-27-93.More

Went in for a few drinks on Saturday afternoon, was told to sit at the window and that table service is provided. Waited 10 mins and still didn’t have order taken. Kept looking at barmaids but no service. Then two tables and a couple at...the bar who arrived after us got served. Waited 20 mins and then left with no drink and without an apology.More

The Prague Beer Museum is located near the Charles bridge. They have 30 beers on tap - something for everyone. The bar staff is friendly & helpful - but sometimes not very attentive if they are busy. Everyone speaks English & they play American music....The owner is from the US.More
