We walked into this place randomly at lunch time. We were the only people there when we sat down, but a couple of other groups arrived while we were there. I had a Salmon Tornedo and my wife had the spring roles and the soup...More

The food here is traditional Czech. The view is lovely, perched high above Mala Strana and the river. We enjoyed the goulash and the roast duck. Both dishes were very tasty and satisfying although they were a touch over-seasoned for our tastes. The service was...More

We had a lovely evening meal, great views and beautiful decor. Unusual space for a restaurant but well laid out and nice and cosy. The food was well presented and tasted great. The price is reasonable, what I would expect to pay for the quality...More

We sought out Host restaurant on this trip, having had fine dining there previously. It did not disappoint. The menu is limited but every selection has been delicious. In particular, the beef carpaccio, duck spring rolls, pork tenderloin, and chocolate tart were great. Wine list...More

We ate here whilst in the Castle area while searching for a smaller less touristy place to eat. The restaurant is situated halfway down a narrow stairway off the road to the Loreta. It has a limited number of seats and has wonderful views over...More

Found the restaurant because it was close to the Prague castle. It is located a bit outside the touristic scenes. It has a very nice view over the curtains towards the hills. Quality of the food was very good, as well as the service.

Your experience in Prague will never be complete if
you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched
from the west to the north, provide spectacular views
of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone
streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green
gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses.
Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history.
