Lovely setting in the rose garden. Beer was lovely but we were served an undercooked burger and an inedible pork brioche!

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our visit this time as much as we had in the past. The staff were lovely as was the beer, it was the food that was a little bit of a let down.
Exellent service, very tasty food and amazing home made beer. Situated on the approach to St. Loretta church and Praque castle.
My lovely wife and I decided to have lunch here on a Tuesday.the outside tables were full, but they found a couple who were happy to share their table with us. We tried a few of the locally brewed craft beers - advertised as anti-depressants...- the pils and IPA were great. We enjoyed and shared a cheese platter and a sausage meal. Service was a bit slow as they were busy.More
This spot was recommend by a friend and didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the portions more than sufficient. My boyfriend ordered an onion soup, which is actually a super tasty dish, and I had some pork ribs covered in beer sauce, which were...truly mouthwatering. They serve beer brewed in the facility and you can see the beer tanks right from the table, which is an awesome experience. Because it is a well-known place, it is crowded and you'll have to wait in a queue. Luckily, a table was available on the terrace right when we arrived and didn't have to wait. The service was good and the staff friendly.More
Great Local Food for appropriate price. Beef Tatar is a real recommendation 😃 Awesome. Local brewed beer 🍻 tastes well.
We visited the brewery shortly after it opened. Place filled up quickly. Good selection of beers - I especially liked the Pale Ale. Waiters were awesome - very friendly. Great stop after an early morning of walking. This is also an opportunity to try a...Czech beer that isn't one of the big 3 brewers that dominate the pubs.More
After walking from downtown Prague up the steps to Prague Castle and back down to Vegan's Prague (my daughter is Vegan), my other two kids and I decided we wanted something else. We walked back up the hill to the Monastery Brewery. It was our...first time in Prague and recommended to us by Chris from praguetransport. I'm glad I made the climb. We were still a little "meat and potato" deprived from our time in Rome, so my son ordered Svíčková, my daughter Chicken Schnitzel with potato puree and I had Pork Schnitzel with potato salad. That potato salad was FANTASTIC. Oh...and the kids gobbled up their food too. The food and beer gave me the energy to finish the climb up to Petrin Tower. I think it's a "must do" if you're in Prague. I see a lot of other people mentioning the wait time and service, but we just walked right in and got seated. It was early afternoon on a Wednesday.More
We went around 4:00 p.m., despite being crowded, there were more seats and we sat in the second hall, the beers were amazing, the goulash and pork schnitzel were really delicious. The waiters were smiling and joking all the time, even though it was obvious...how tired they were. If you go at unusual hours, you will have a good experienceMore
50 minutes waiting, musty bread, bad service. When we told service that bread was musty, guy told me it was not mold but plastic from breadboatd. No apologies..
Went here with my partner as we were travelling this area and it was a good choice. The service was excellent, we ordered soups and they arrived in minutes and they were delicious. The prices are good considering the quality and location. I would recommend...this to anyone visiting this area of Prague - it is a lovely restaurant. We had a bald waiter and he was very helpful and efficient.More
Had two starters (sausage and baked Camembert) and shared a main (baked chicken),plenty for two people. Great atmosphere, great food and beer.
We came across this wonderfully warm place late in the day after climbing all over the Castle and surrounding sites on the hill. We sat outside, despite the wind. We ordered drinks and a charcuterie platter, as all tourists should when they are tired and...lost. All I remember was that the food, drink and service were good and that we laughed and laughed and absolutely LOVED our English speaking waitress. After 90 minutes we finally got directions back to the tram and made our way down the hill STILL laughing and happily loving Prague!More
If your coming to Prague you should eat here. The food is great, the beers are so good and the attention is the best!!! Definitely a must to do in Prague!
The brewery makes some great beers. There are plenty of food options and everything we had was very good. There is indoor and outdoor seating
