Of the five "La Bottega" bistros, what sets this one apart (aside from being the flagship store) is it has the most extensive salad offerings. This is my favorite lunch "go to" place for something quick, colorful and healthy. Pick a couple favorite options; order by gram; enjoy! And do lunch stop would be complete without one of La Bottega's... More

Forget your hotel breakfast. Come here. I spent a month working in Prague and every morning I would get a table here and enjoy my breakfast and my news. The food is wonderful and so is the service. I really loved the porridge but the eggs are wonderful as well. The soft poached benidict is a highlight. The coffee is... More

Headed to another restaurant which was closed so actually ended up going into this one. Looks great from the first minute in. There's also a little market (inside) with some Italian cheeses, meat, pasta and so on. Food is great, desserts are to die for! Only the minor flaw - maybe I was unlucky but - the waiters seemed (two... More

If you want to enjoy a good Italian meal in a cozy place, visit this place. They offer not so many options, but all of them are extraordinary. Definitely worth it if you want to discover something new or just try great implementation of known deserts.

Very good food for very good price. My wife, one year old son and I ate here for a quick dinner while visiting Prague. Staff was awesome and the food delicious. We bought wine after dinner from the store portion and took it back to our hotel. Thw only downside to this establishment I found was the size of dining... More

We visited here twice during our stay. Excellent breakfast, eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs/smoked salmon combo. Bread amazing. Staff polite and attentive with good atmosphere. Salads looked really fresh with a wide range of choice. We returned in the evening for a variety of cheeses and freshly baked bread with red wine! Delicious and highly recommended.

Great food and service, smilly staff :) it is very rare in prague to get this quality of food so quickly and with smile on the waithress face. Fresh ingrediences, nice taste, a bit expensive but it is worth of it. Great place to come even alone for the lunch.

Nice atmosphere, friendly efficient service, good pasta. What more is there to say :-) I had a 'special' so not on menu....quite unusual mix of a spaghetti type pasta with spicy olive oil based preparation and then salmon sushimi thrown on top. Was tasty with a very generous covering of freshly grated Parmesan. Will be back here for sure.

We found this little place a few years ago and always pay it a visit. A lot of locals meet here and sit chatting over lunch - a lovely atmosphere. The choice of fresh salads, meat, cheese and breads are amazing. They also have a good selection of alcoholic drinks. A decent lunch at a good price.

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
