If you want some excellent local food and beer then this is the place to go. The selection of both is very good and both the food and the locally brewed Czech beer is superb. The atmosphere is typically "neighborhood" restaurant but the food, the...More

Worth to visit, we got there very late but even so they still served good what was really tasty. The daily specialty beer was Fabian, I never tried before, but I ordered as much I could have drink! :-)

We were at Hlucna samota to eat, the place was cozy and it was easy to order. When we got the food, we found out it was not everything of the food there was like on the menu. I ordered a linguini pasta, it said,...More

We took Rick Steves' recommendation on this place and we were not sorry at all. In a quiet neighborhood a couple of subway stops away from the craziness of Namesti Republiky, this restaurant at first looks like a small pub, but there are several rooms...More

We visited this restaurant as it was close and convenient but felt it was a gamble as the feedback from others was mixed. Glad we did, we only had a burger, it was tasty and good portion sizes. Even the mayonnaise was a lovely homemade...More

Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this
neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed
very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century.
Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live,
and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing
parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars,
cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy
shops, it is a home for people from all around the
