This pre WWII establishment didn't change menu much since, only you'd have to eat standing. Tripe soup and beer for working man, schnitzel for bank manager all very goog

Just had to try the duck and dumplings in Prague. We were seeking cool, and discovered not only was it cooler down in the cellar part of the restaurant, but a lot cheaper than the alfresco menu.... same food. Great atmosphere in cellar and access...More

Nice and kindly staff, good Czech food and reasonable prices. Great choice for an unpretentious dinner. Let's have a try if you want a family atmosphere and good live music
