The staff are to be congratulated on making an inedible plate of french fries. I can only assume they dropped the packet of salt on the plate. The waiter was friendly but did not write down the order. An extra starter was delivered and being...More

Service is rude & did not explain that you have to pay for the pretzels. All of the sudden we had to pay our bill with card but pretzels and service charge with cash?? Expensive restaurant with bad service.

We wanted to try some local cuisine on our first full day in Prague (9/1/18) and stumbled across this restaurant on route back to our hotel after a good day sight- seeing. The restaurant was not busy, and it was warm inside and friendly and...More

Had the Goulash which was fine and the beers were good. Service was average - had to wait ages for them to bring the bill. Had a few pretzels but expected to pay as you do in any beer hall in Germany so it was...More

I would have given 4 stars but unfortunately my wife and I were deceived and overcharged. Unacceptable. Such a pity as the food was actually quite good. When the waiter brought the bill he said that the pretzels (that were on the table when we...More

Rude waiters expecting tips, they charge you for the service, bread on the table, pretzles, so check the invoice! If you order a beer you will get half foam half beer. Food also almost not eatable. I will never ever go there!

We just had a drink in Svejk restaurant and I must say that soft drinks (0,2l glass bottles) are as expensive as a glass of whiskey, beer is also not cheap. A glass of Jameson (=0,2l of Sprite) costs 119 Kr, 0,5l of dark Kozel...More

Absolutely unprofessional staff. After waiting for 20 mins after the food was ordered, I got statements like: - Are you going to order something? - I'm not your waiter - I'm not the cook Which in general sums up my experience and feedback for Prague....More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere

My apologies for any confusion that I have created. My question was directed at the owner or manager of the restaurant in question, not any of the reviewers. So sorry!
