Brilliant in every way: food, service, ambience, portions. Can't fault this really good Tex Mex restaurant. Perhaps no wifi is a fault but maybe not.

Best Mexican I've had outside of Mexico. We keep coming back every time we are in Prague. Many delicious options for vegetarians as well! I would especially recommend the Burrito Sabroso! Would recommend booking a table in advance as this restaurant is packed every evening.

It's so hard to find good Mexican food in Europe but this place was really good. The mojito I had was so fresh and delicious and the burrito I ordered was very filling, would def come here again

We were looking for somewhere to eat and Cantina was looking busy and had a Tex mex theme. Food was good, served promptly and big portions. Lively atmosphere, good music and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and only 10 min from Charles Bridge. Worth a visit.

We were 3 adults and 4 kids - everybody (even kids) were happy with their meals ordered. My fajitas was really perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the servers are friendly.

I visited Cantina with a friend during a business trip to Prague. I was a little tired of Czech cuisine, although I enjoy that in moderation. But it does tend to be in the "salty and fatty" category in many kitchens. So I was looking for something quite different and also a bit off the beaten path -- i.e not... More

My girlfriend and I have been here a few times previously while in Prague and we were lucky enough to have dinner here last week again. We started with the Chicken Nachos to start which were great along with some beers. I had the Chicken Enchiladas and my GF had the Wings which were also lovely - Along with a... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
