Myself and my partner happened upon the Lemon Leaf by chance while looking for somewhere to dine. What can I say apart from the fact the moment we went in the service was excuisite, seating us without delay. The decor exemplary and the choice of food was second to none. The food was divine and cannot recommend highly enough.

We revisited the Lemon Leaf after two years and were not disappointed. The food is extremely good, authentic and punches amazing flavour. We all 4 had different meals and all loved it. Very nice wine too (e.g. Sauvignon) at very reasonable prices indeed. The staff are highly professional and pleasant. One of the highlights of our visit to Prague and... More

This place instantly became a tradition of mine - a place where you'd show off to your guests. The food is very good, the shrimps with almonds in the appetizers is my favorite!

We had papaya salad for appertizer and pad thai and fried rice with prawns, and 'disaster' sticky rice with mango and coconut milk. The potions are big but they are too salty. We hardly finished half of the dishes and wanted to cancel the dessert, the waitress agreed but then still bought the not-so-right sticky rice. Would never come back.

I've been visiting Lemon Leaf since it first opened. The quality was always excellent, and reasonably priced for such a nice restaurant. They always had a large, full Thai menu and could confidently call themselves a Thai restaurant. We always really enjoyed our visits and would go several times in a week that we were in town. But just recently,... More

We had a dinner here - they serve nice fresh teas, my friend's phad thai was a bit taste less and my green curry was also a bit bland; the service was good; my parents had some meat dish (I do not remember - did not taste it) the prices fair; despite nice restaurant and service will not come back

This is different thai food then we are used to. Nothing wrong with it, but if we can choose it doesn't have our preference. No rice dish with beef that not do hot, for example. Very fresh food however. We noticed that most dishes on the menu were labeled as 'hot' (at least) so you must like spicy food. Our... More

We were at dinner with friends and we agreed that the food was fine but nothing special why we would like to come back... Satay was dry, the sauce was not fresh and papaya salad was not tasty. The vegetables spring rolls are coming with peppers and I never seen in Thailand peppers in this type of spring rolls but... More

A stones throw from the Hotel Manes. A Thai restaurant with a good choice on the menu. It is a very popular place, always seemed to be busy so seating is is a little squashed. It is very noisy due to its popularity. If you are young you would enjoy the atmosphere, older people might find it hard as it... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
