I come to Lehká Hlava very often, usually for lunch and I am always more than satisfied. Although I am not a vegetarian, I like their cuisine a lot. And the place itself is beautiful :)

We tried this as it was recommended in the guide books for our short pre-christmas trip to Prague with 2 teenage (ish) children. We tried to get in (family of 4) on a Tuesday evening and found a queue of couples waiting to get a table. So we booked for the following evening with an early slot and had to... More

I was very happy to visit Lehka Hlava and have their vegetarian food I've heard so much about. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious, I had the vegetable skewers with potato gratin and it was very tasty. It was particularly nice to have a vegetarian meal after a few days of heavy traditional Czech food. Service was prompt... More

Amazing food, fast service, great bottled beeet and seriously, and I kid you not, THE best vegetarian cheeseburger in the world. I've travelled all over the world and eaten at many vegan and vegetarian restaurants but nothing comes even close to this burger. It's called the double cheddar cheeseburger and it will change your life. Don't sleep on this place.... More

My starter was a pate made from tofu, cashews and cranberries. This was delicious. I wish I had the recipe. My main course was great too. I loved the fireplace and the feel of the restaurant. If in Prague,I would recommend looking it up and booking a table.

I've been a veggie pretty much my whole life and can tell you it has been a struggle, especially abroad, to have choices whilst eating out. This restaurant broke every single barrier a veggie/vegan/someone with allergies may have. A sister restaurant to the other excellent veggie restaurant MAITREA, Lehka Hlava was perfect. Me, my mum and grandma are all veggies... More

I had the lunch menu which today contained traditional czech meals. Super nice to taste the genuine flavors, didn't expect this in meat loving Prague! My partner took the guacamole and quesadillas. They were also very tasty, but not the low-fat dish. I would had liked to have something else than Urquell to drink, but my partners cider was really... More

Enjoyed the food here, very tasty! The restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and loved hanging here with friends. It seems to be a good idea to book as there were a lot of people waiting for a long time or being turned away.

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
