Visited on a very busy Saturday night and was inspired by the number of locals in the queue . Yes we waited 35 minutes , but we would have waited anywhere on a v busy December Saturday . Prawn starter was excellent , the red we choose was exceptional and only £13 and the pizzas very thin and tasty . Overall very good and staff utterly charming !

Went here after reading reviews. Now I love pizza but this pizza is the best I have ever tasted in my life and I can assure you I have eaten a lot haha. My husband had the lasagne and we ordered fries and drinks and it came to just £18 . It is busy here but definately worth the wait. If you love pizza then this is definately the place to come. My only dissapointment is that we found it on our last day so only got to visit it once 😂

We tried to reserve a table but they don't take reservations, however we were told that we'd have no longer than 10 mins to wait if they didn't have a table. The restaurant is located just off the main square and easy to find. The front part is very small and quaint, we sat in the back room which is an extension but also lovely. The pizzas come in two sizes and we chose the large, they were delicious, crispy and the flavours were wonderful. My daughter chose proscuitto, pear and bacon pizza which was really nice, I had spicy salami without the olives. 2 large pizzas, bruschetta to start, a bottle of rose and and a bottle of mineral water came to about £52.00 (Try the Polish rose, it tastes of strawberries). Great value for money and lovely staff.

Bad service and burned food. Ordered a calzone pizza with only tomato saus, and no bolognese sauce. When served the pizza was burned and with bolognese sauce and not tomato sauce. When asked the waiter she turned it down and said it was bolognese with added tomato sauce like ordered. Maybe a bad day at the Cyklop, but not a good experience for us. A family tourist tip. Nolio restaurant in the Jewish area. Better food and better customer service.

Great food authentically cooked in full view on wood fired oven. Bit of a queue but not a long wait, some tables are a bit cramped but great atmosphere and service excellent value for money. Both had pizza's and starter and were very satisfied.

My son and myself visited on Monday evening without booking. We were soon shown to a table in a conservatory type room, it was very warm in there. It was busy and not many tables were available. Our waitress gave us the menus who seemed very happy and helpful but the young girl with long dark didn’t seem happy to be there, neither was she helpful or polite and she didn’t smile once throughout the couple of hours we were there. Luckily our drinks and food outweighed the service, I had the risotto which was nice and hot and very tasty my son had calzone. He said it was tasty but quite dry and could of done with a tomato sauce as he’s had with others but still nice. We really enjoyed the ambience and the food.

I was going to go here on a Saturday night but the place was packed out. Thankfully, I was passing by the next afternoon and decided to call in. The pizza was one of the best I ever tasted and they had a delicious Sicilian shiraz which was the perfect accompaniment. Good service and great value. You can also see the pizzas being baked in the open pizza oven. Well worth paying a visit to this place.

We visited the restaurant while staying in Krakow for 4 nights. You could easily walk past it as it's through an arch way. The menu has lots of choice some with a slight twist such as Sunflower seeds with Cannelloni which was delicious. My husband had pizza which he said really tasty. We enjoyed the meal so much we visited another evening while there.

I was recommended by my sister to have a meal here during my visit to Krakòw, as she went here on her own trip, several years ago. She was pleasantly surprised when I could inform her the restaurant was still here, and so was I, time would show. I came in during the dinner rush Sunday evening, and the waiter informed me it would be a fifteen-minute wait. I was in no rush, and never being one to miss up on a recommendation from my loved ones, I gladly waited in the snug little alley by the restaurant's entrance. It didn't take as long as fifteen full minutes, before the waiter reappeared and informed they had a table ready. The restaurant's interior is cozy and beautiful at the same time, and the guests have an open view into parts of the kitchen. My waiter was attentive and amicable all the way through my visit. I ordered a portion of spinach gnocchi, which was plentiful and very tasty. In addition to their wide selection of Italian dishes, their beer selection was also something to write home about, as they had a decent selection of local beers, which I also enjoyed. Not all of them, of course. I am glad my sister recommended this place, and I will definitely go back during my next visit in Krakòw.

The food was beautiful but the waitress who served us was so rude, miserable and didn’t smile once, she spoiled our experience. Other staff were very accommodating and actually smiled. She came across as horrible actually. We won’t recommend this place because of this member of staff / what a shame !

Lovely. We ordered carbonara and pizza to share. Carbonara was very creamy and pizza was delicious. We had deserts (even though we were stuffed after mains). Deserts were tasty and the price is surprisingly cheap. Highly recommended.

A group of 13 of us were looking around for a pizzeria on a Saturday evening and we were struggling to find anywhere that could seat us, until we found this hidden gem! They had 2 tables free in the conservatory area at the back of the restaurant which was a really nice setting, the whole restaurant is really nice. The staff were so friendly and really welcoming. We all had a couple of beers each and ordered either Pizza or Calzone which were fantastic, the food was great quality and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It was also great value for money which was a bonus. When we left there was a big queue outside waiting for tables so clearly it's popular, We were very lucky to be able to get a table. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Great hidden surprise. Popular with locals and tourists, Cyklops is an Italian restaurant hidden away amongst the archways just off the main square in the Old Town. The specialities are pizza and pasta, which are cooked in full view, are delicious, and excellent value for money. Been twice now, and will be sure to visit again when visiting Kraków in future. Caters for large groups and provides menus in numerous languages - definitely a highlight of our visit.

We had dinner on a Thursday evening at around 6pm. The place was really busy and there was only one empty table. We had two pizzas, one beer and one bottle of water. The price was 108 zloty My partner had a Cyklop pizza which was REALLY good and I had a Quattro stagioni, which was nice but a but bland. Water was 9 zloty for 500mls, which I was pretty happy to pay until I saw it was tap water. The place was beautifully decorated and pur waiter was very pleasant. I recommend going early to ensure getting a table

A fantastic pizzeria and more. Hidden away and recommended by a hotel receptionist it did not disappoint. We were served by an English speaking waitress; which the restaurant arranged on hearing our accents. Expect to spend about 50-65 Euros on a starter, mains, drinks and coffees. Much more than pizzas are served eg steaks etc and every food we saw looked of good quality. You can watch your pizzas being cooked in the clay oven in the fully open kitchen. Would recommend the non alcoholic margaritas.
