I’ve been here many times - with family, friends, during my time at university, on holidays... never disappoints me because the food is absolutely delicious. It got a bit pricey over the years but it’s still alright for the great quality of food. Definitely recommend pasta in curry sauce with pears - my absolute favourite. My boyfriend said that he also had the best pizza in his entire life here.
The only little problem I have with the restaurant, which kinda makes it a love-hate relationship, is the staff. Occasionally, some of them are really grumpy (especially the men!!) but most of the time you’re being served by the loveliest people ever.

We visited here after hearing good things, the restaurant was full but they were able to seat us quickly.
The food was excellent, prawns cooked perfectly however the service was very slow, we waited half an hour for our starters and tables that arrived after us got served first.
Although very good value for money however if you are wanted to eat here I'd recommend booking first to avoid disappointment!

Good place close to the Main Square. Stable quality of the food and very efficient management. They serve a concise but complete menu, including antipasti, pasta, main courses, pizza, and dolci, naturally. There are no serius mistakes, I only wish to have fresh pasta served and not something that was prepared in advance. Otherwise recommended. During weekends crowdy and table reservation might be necessary. A huge parking lot in vicinity but this will vanish in a future.

We got to the restaurant at 830pm, which we had previously booked (this took the manager 15 minutes to write our name down for a booking the previous night). We got seated and asked to move as we were squished in a corner unable to move our chairs, one of which was broken. There were plenty of tables free but we were told it wasn’t possible to move as this is the table that we were allocated. While waiting for someone to take our order the waiter dropped a main course all over the floor behind us and broke a plate, it took a minimum 5 minutes for someone to clean this up and customers had to walk through sauce, mussels and broken plate which is a major safety issue that none of the staff seemed to care about.
It was 9pm when someone came down to take our drinks order (took 30 minutes), we would have been waiting longer only for we mentioned it to two of the many people passing who could see we were ready to order. I had asked the manager could we order, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and said she would get someone but walked outside of the restaurant.
When ordering my boyfriend asked for no olives on his pizza. The reply from the waiter was “I’m not sure this would be quite difficult and if it is possible it would cost extra”. P.S the pizzas were made fresh to order as we had seen.
Our drinks came, my boyfriend got a pint of peroni and I got a cocktail, the glasses were both only filled 3/4 of the way. We waited a further 25 minutes for our starter. This was the only good thing about our experience.
At 10pm the main course came out, however it was only my boyfriends. When I asked where mine was he said it would be 5 more minutes because “there’s a lot” (whatever that means, because at this stage there was very few people left in the restaurant).
While waiting for my main the waiter came down and said we had only been there an hour, which was untrue as we got there at 830, I explained it took 30 minutes for him to take our order and that we had tried to get waiters attention which he replied “not my fault”.
At 10:15 my carbonara came out, this was a 15 minute wait and not a 5 minute wait like I was promised & it was after nearly 2 hours of entering the restaurant (we did not spend this long at any other restaurant in Krakow getting 3 courses and cocktails.) At this point my boyfriend was finished his pizza. We both tasted my carbonara as we had planned on sharing the pizza and pasta. The carbonara was stone cold and uncooked to the point where it was rock hard and inedible. Although we didn’t eat it we still had to pay.
Overall, all the staff were very unfriendly, the service was shocking & the food was disgusting. Do not recommend!!

Avoid, we visited here on the 29th and waited 30 minutes, in this time no one even took a drink order. We decided to leave and instead went to an excellent pasta bar in the square called pasta bar.
before we left a waiter dropped a main course by the door which was still not cleared up 10 mins later when we left. Shambolic from start to finish and we'd not recommend. We've been to krakow over 20 times and this is easily the worst experience yet.

We were told to try here, we got a focaccia for starter and that was nice, then our mains came I had the divalo pizza, I like spice but this was ridiculous it wasn’t enjoyable at all even the wife couldn’t eat it. The lasagne my wife got the meat was bland and very poor the tomato sauce was cold.
Staff weren’t helpful, not a good experience.

I was so angry that we booked a table and dinner here, but when we arrived, they told us they didn't have any records.we went to early available seat. We spent about 275 Zloty, but one of the waiters was so adamant that we were not allowed to eat my birthday cake here...
I lived in Italy for a long time. This is the most un-Italian restaurant I've ever seen, What kind of restaurant would stop customers from cutting up their birthday cake after they had eaten? Never come to this fake And Cold Italian restaurant again.
我非常生气，我们在这里预约了位置和晚餐，但是在我们到了之后，告诉我们他们并没有任何记录。好在我们去的早有空的位置。我们消费了大概275茲罗提左右，但是其中一个服务员居然态度强硬的不允许我们在这里吃我的生日蛋糕……我曾在意大利生活很久。这是我所见过的最不像意大利的意大利餐厅，哪怕你的食物做的再好吃你也依然没有任何一点意大利人的人情味。 我决定吃掉我的蛋糕，我的决定不会改变。永不再来这个冰冷的冒牌意大利餐厅。

Would not recommend dining here unless you want to be spoken to as if you are a dog. Myself and a friend came in yesterday after seeing recommendations. We booked prior and arrived early but were seated as it was not busy. The waitress took our order and we ordered a pizza and pasta dish. My friend opted for carbonara but said to the waitress “can I have penne carbonara please?” The waitress then repeated the order back to us. Another waiter came over with the food and said “penne with chicken” to my friend to which she replied that she asked for penne carbonara not with chicken. He then returned to the original waitress. She then came over with the food and started shouting at my friend in the middle of the restaurant that it was her fault she should have specified and asked her if she could have penne as they don’t do penne carbonara. My friend then repeated that she did that. The waitress then said it wasn’t clear to her she wanted that even though she literally repeated our order back to us. She then gave me my food and said well the pizza is done if you want this you will have to wait then stormed off back to the kitchen. She was then ranting and raving about it to other staff members in the kitchen every 5 minutes even though we were seated right near it and any time she had to communicate with us she was just rude. I was actually in disbelief that a waitress could speak to a paying customer like that as my friend was not rude to her in any way. I understand restaurants are a high pressure environment but that doesn’t excuse shouting at a young girl completely embarrassing her in the middle of a restaurant. Food was nice and reasonably priced but nothing out of this world.

We made a booking for 8pm, arrived 10 minutes early but got seated straight away.
We were sat for 20 minutes before someone came and took our drinks order and then it took another 15 minutes to arrive so at this point we had been sat there 35 minutes before even receiving a drink!
There was 4 of us, when the meals came out they brought out 2 main meals, 5 minutes later another one came and then finally 5 minutes after this the final one came. There should not be a 10 minute gap between bringing main courses out! If all food is not ready then wait for the last one before bringing any of them out! We also ordered two sides which never arrived, despite being told twice that they would only be another couple of minutes!
We tried to complain to the waitress but she was extremely rude and just started shouting ‘it’s not my fault!’, absolutely terrible service all round. Will not be returning.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I asked if I could sit in the area where you had their wine bottles however, when speaking to your waiter (a bald older man, who works at the front of the restaurant) I asked if it was possible his response was very abrupt and rude saying "NO" I questioned why and he said that side of the restaurant is only for reservations and then just walked off.
I then took a seat at a table cramped up against another with a broken wobbly chair. During serving our table he was nice enough however I do think he should make things clear such as when ordering the garlic bread the dip he also brought would be an extra. We wasn't aware of this, thankfully enough I was not on a budget but many people are and I think the extra hidden costs for that and the Parmesan cheese which you would usually get offered for free in an Italian would be charged! I think this is very wrong!
My friend had the lasagna and she said it was mediocre and I had the prawn garlic pasta, which didn't come with any sauce at all, it was very bland so I had to order a carbonara sauce and Parmesan cheese to add to my pasta which was a little rubbish. However after I added it, my pasta was nice. We had to porn star cocktail which were very acidic.
After a meal, we asked for the bell more than three times and it took around one hour for us to receive our bill. The couple next to us. We're still eating their main course received the bill and left before us. As we were about to pay the bald waiter I mentioned at the start asked if we would like to leave him a tip which I declined due to waiting so long for the bill I'm not really enjoying the meal or drinks, which he then got very offended by that. I did not leave him a tip and once again became very blunt and rude.
If you see this place on TikTok and perhaps it's gone viral, and that's why the customer service is lacking then I would personally avoid! Rude staff, basic food,rubbish drinks.

We came across this quite by chance and ended up eating here twice .
The food was simply put "amazing " the service was fantastic and the hosts courteous and attentive.
I.will recommended this restaurant everytime a friend comes to Krakow, well done all on a lovely visit and food

Went into this restaurant twice on our recent trip to Krakow - reasonably priced and with excellent internal decor and a nice garden area to the front it is not let down by the food which is very good indeed. I had the Argentinian Prawn risotto on both visits (succulent prawns and an exquisite sauce that was good enough to entice me back - a slightly larger portion would make this perfect). A few of us had the tomato, basil and mozzarella ball soup for starters which was equally good, creamy and tasty. Penne in creamy mushroom sauce made up our mains and all met with approval. A nice selection of well presented and tasry desserts completed a very good evening.

Arrived to the restaurant excited, and got a table after about 5-8 minutes. Some of the staff seemed stressed out, and we got to order our food and drinks pretty fast. We ordered two different types of pasta, a bottle of water and two different lemonades. My pasta was penne with cream, mushroom and chicken - but it just felt like i was eating microwaved pasta from the grocery store. It was tasteless and bland. The other pasta we ordered was a lot more tasteful, and had some spice as well. The lemonades tasted like sparkling water with juice, which was a bummer.
When we were paying, the bill was 148 zloty. We paid 100+100+8, so that we could get 60 zloty back, and then tip 20. This did not happen, as we only got 50 zloty back??? With us being pretty bummed out on the food and the experience, we just left. The math is so easy to do, so we were literally scammed for 10 zloty. Not a lot of money, but god it was infuriating.
The only positive thing about this visit was the water we bought, and the fact that everything was kind of fast.

We came here on our second night because of its social media hype. The servers were extremely rude to begin with, not welcoming at all and then had the cheek to show us even more of an attitude when we refused a service charge.
Awful place, poor quality tasteless food. The cocktails were bland and basically sparkling water. Pasta fungi was tasteless and hard, chicken was smelly not fresh at all. My partner had the lasagne which was basically a punishment. It was like a school dinner lasagne or something you’d give the patients in a care home. Boiled mushy meat with no taste, hard lasagne sheets with a watery bland sauce. Nothing more than a packaged microwaved portion. It’s making me sick having to think about it to type this review.
Did not eat more than 5% of our food, they could’ve easily resold it. Same with the cocktails.
We basically had a bottle of coke each and then left.
When the service charged was asked and I said no, the waitress face looked as if she will smash this card machine over my head now. I’m sorry but you don’t deserve a service charge with your poor service quality and the fact we’re asking for our bill when our food and drinks have barely been touched, surely the question begs to be asked… “is everything okay? Can we get this packed for you?” Nothing! Just straight to service charge.
Avoid.

Great food, however staff let this place down. Very forceful with wanting you to order more drinks and more food, and asking for tips when you pay the bill, seemingly a very money oriented restaurant. If staff were more polite then would have easily rated 5/5 but unfortunately this isn’t the case.
Beware too, they will bring sauce/mayo to your table without asking, and if you use it, you will be charged for it. Same with when you are asked if you want cheese on your pasta, you will get charged for this. At most Italian restaurants these things come as standard.
There are definitely more welcoming Italian restaurants in Krakow, don’t be fooled by the hype on TikTok like we were!
