About
"Każdy z nas je zna i każdy pamięta smak pierogów, które "babcia robiła lepsze" smak który przywołuje wspomnienia. Biorąc pod uwagę ich symbolikę i historię, jak również wszystkie wasze historie I wspomnienia z nimi związane staramy się ze wszystkich sił godnie stanąć w szranki z każdą z babć! Zupełnie jak one ręcznie obieramy ziemniaki, kroimy cebulę i słoninę. Ręcznie wałkujemy i sklejamy ciasto. Opanowaliśmy babciną technikę posypywania mąką stolnicy do perfekcji. Mamy nadzieję, że nasze pierogi dorównają smakiem "pierogom babci" dzięki czemu będziemy was gościć tak często, jak to możliwe."

If you are planning to visit Krakow, you should definitely eat in this place The service is nice, kind and welcoming and the prices are very convenient A portion of pierogi is made up of 10 pieces. Personally I chose the Russian lift pierogi made of curd, potato and bacon. Very good. I suggest you to taste the vegetarian ones, such as the "sicilian", an explosion of tastes. In total for 20 pieces of pierogi and a bottle of water, I spent 45 PLN (10€)

It was very quiet when we went so not a huge amount of atmosphere but clean and comfortable and the waitress was very personable. Excellent range of different fillings from meat to veg to traditional and sweet. As well as mixed platters of the different styles if you can’t choose. All freshly cooked, very tasty, loved the bacon lards and wonderful value, meal for two for less than £15 and very filling. Definitely a place to go for pierogi

We were looking forward to our meal at this place as we love pierogies and saw the good reviews. We weren't able to reserve a table so showed up on spec and got a table ok; the restaurant contact on- line seemed pleasant. My son and I weren't overly hungry so asked for a smaller portion and a mix (the mixed option is very big). There is no flexibility and, in fairness, the menu does stipulate a rigid choice. My son's first choice had sold out so we were told it was off the menu and the waitress stood looking out the window while we looked for an alternative without assistance. We only ate a few pierogi each as we weren't too hungry but really wanted to have pierogi. The waitress kindly sorted us a take away box but plonked it on the table for us to sort ourselves, along with a bag, on her way to sort another table. We felt a bit uncomfortable which is a shame because it is a warm and inviting restaurant and the food is very good, it just wasnt overly welcoming; maybe we got the staff at the wrong time as it was a bit busy.

This absolutely tiny restaurant services some of the best pierogi in the city for next to nothing! Portions are large (10 pierogi per plate) so sharing is a good idea if you want to try multiple fillings. Save room for dessert! Be prepared to wait for a table. They also do take out.

Okay so there's loooooads of places in Krakow that serves pierogi but this place has so many varieties to choose from - and they're so good! You get a free dip/sauce to go with them and even those has a few flavours. Their mix combo is a bargain and the prices are very reasonable. Service is lovely. Try them!

I enjoyed the variety of perogies this place offered. I feel like you get good value for the money, and the perogies are tasty, albeit nothing incredibly special. Overall, I prefer fried perogies, which I didn’t see on hand here, but this is still a good stop for traditional boiled perogies.

Went with my friend for lunch, got three plates between us, so nice but filling, two plates would have been enough. Try the rural pierogies (sheep cheese, potato and garlic), they were the nicest. Buy the beer for a drink instead of a soft drink as only 2 PLN difference and double the amount. The staff that were there on the day we visited spoke english. Only downside was the seating, you hover around the door until there is an available table (its not biggest of shop so you feel squashed in) Can pay card or cash.

IT'S AMAZING. Yes we had to wait, and yes it was worth it. Quirky decoration, but only adds to the experience. They only have about 5 tables, but the choice of pierogi were fab and the taste was incredible. Also, the house wine is delicious - a rare find! The whole meal only cost us £12 and was one of the best we've ever had.

We had dinner at this restaurant before the pan-European lockdown due to Covid-19. It was our best dinner in Krakow and it was definitely worth the 40 minute waiting outside in the cold. They had a lot of pierogi options, they also had vegan pierogi options and a pierogi mix for anyone who wants to try many different traditional Polish pierogi.

Excellent scenery, the setting was very cosy and chic. Paintings from Vincent Van Gogh are plenty. Book in advance because it is a smaller location. Pierogi tasted incredible, staff were really welcoming- a great way to experience top tier Polish cuisine and culture for a reasonable price. We got the mixed meet platter but there were great veggie options too!

If you want to try something typical of Poland, don't hesitate to stop by this little restaurant in Krakow. Walking distance from the Stare Miasto, Mr Vincent Pierogi offers only pierogi and all of them are very good.....be aware that if you are hungry....one plate will not be enough!

It is a cozy restaurant with very colourful tables and chairs. There is a beautiful depiction of The Starry Night on the ceiling. It's Vincent Van Gogh themed. Menu is simple yet filling and it all tasted very fresh. The prices aren't infilated at all and out waitress was very attentive and made our experience even more lovely over all.

I definitely developed a pierogi addiction whilst in Poland, the traditional Polish dumpling. Typical fillings include potato, cheese and cabbage. Pierogi Mr Vincent was a wonderful dinner option, which had a wide choice of filling options, friendly staff and was another great value option!

We were told to make sure we tried dumplings when in krakow so tried this restaurant as close to our hotel-what a find!! Absolutely delicious! Service was great, v friendly and sat us by the radiator as it was snowing outside so wanted us to be warm. I asked about ordering separate sauce with the dumplings but was told they add a little on that compliments the flavour your order so stuck with that and it was all delicious! Unfortunately due to booked day trips etc we didn’t get chance to visit again before we left but definitely wanted to! Do go if you are in the city!
