The perfect traditional Polish restaurant right near market square. Be sure to have the sour soup in bread bowl. Amazing! Good service too. Great atmosphere.

If the Polish didn't invent the soup! They certainly have done a bloody good job of making it amazing! We both had the sour bread soup and my god was it stunning! We also shared a Litre jug of fruit juice between us and it came to 50zl! Not bad! Recommend!!!

We dined here twice in the three days we were at Krakow because the food was so good! The soups, dumplings and staffed cabbage were all fantastic! Plus we really loved the atmosphere of the place - so cosy. Highly recommend it

We visited the restaurant because we really liked the interior. Actually it is very cosy, a rustic style. At the door, there is a table telling to wait to be given a table. But nothing happened, the personel did not noticed us. The same happened to those arrived after us. Once at the table, the food was great - at... More

Dined here with spouse for traditional Polish meal. We were glad we shared because portions are large (and prices reasonable). You're brought some hearty bread with cream cheese and chives spread and traditional lard spread (sorry, I don't know the name). We ordered and shared goulash with potato pancakes and Silesian dumplings. Food was hearty and delicious and just what... More

We went here for the traditional starters they serve. The rest of the meal was disappointing with the Goose and Duck really overcooked. I wouldnt recommend this except if you are in a hurry.

The food, the service and the experience were all great. They have traditional polish food on the menu and the food and beer were all very good. The menu was in English, which can be a bad sign, but in this case it was not a problem. Its worth the trip just down from the castle.
