Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I'm writing this review as I'm drinking a lovely wheat beer after a superb meal. We have eaten indoors and outdoors at Polski Pub during our stay in Krakow. Service, food, and drinks are excellent. I would recommend the potato pancakes with goulash. The meat...was so tender.More

Food was good and at a fair price. Service was good and the location and the space were pretty cool. Also a good chill pub to hangout.

We stopped for a quick lunch at the main old city square and ended up staying for 3+ hours going through several traditional Polish end European dishes with several glasses of beer and other beverages. Everything was delicious! It is not your typical tourist trap,...worth stopping by for a good meal!More

Fabulous location and over the last three years we have visited on several occasions. However there is a 10% charge for ordering food a d now we have just be charged 5 zloty for ordering our own drinks at the bar. When we questioned the...waitress just said it is for "service". We were planning on having a 3 course meal for two but now have decided to leave and go elsewhere. Such a shame as we would have given a tip anyway but it's the principle, shrugging your shoulders at a paying customer is not good customer service. Customers beware check your bill, we might be English but we are far from stupid!.More

The worst pub in all of Poland. I’ve been before and we got ripped off with pricing but as it’s the only pub that shows premier league near the square we went back. Don’t bother. The staff were so rude. We went to soy at...a table near the TV and the young lady shouted at us! We were moved to another table, not as good. Then she promptly sat two people at the table we had been at!!! I asked why and she said something aggressively in Polish. Over priced, rude staff, horrible food, dreadful placeMore

This pub has a fabulous location in the main square and well worth visiting if you want to sit with drinks and people-watch. We did eat there one night and the food wasn’t the best, but the prices are super cheap and the service was...quick and polite when we visited. They also had the football on in the bar and the atmosphere in there sounded really good.More

It was initially friendly and the staff were nice. We had to clean up a spill and instead of tissues they gave me a bowl of peanuts🤔. The toilets were awful the urinal wasn't flushed and the toilet seat was fully detached and so unhygenic....The food itself was nice, but very small portions. I would only go if your looking for a drink with friends.More

We stayed 4 days in the Betmanoswka hotel in the main square and ate several times in the outside restaurants attached (Virtuoso Italian and Staropolska Polish). Can highly recommend. This is the pub in between Virtuoso and Staropolska I think all belonging to the same group. This place is smart, modern & comfortable right on the square it has TVs over the bar and a giant screen on the wall the cocktails were delicious...and beer tasty and not to expensive while we waited for football to come on we decided to have some food!!! It was amazing (see photos) we will definitely return here the next time in Krakow.More

We visited her for a drink before dinner. It is on the main square. There are big screens dotted around the bar which were showing football during our visit. The staff were ok, but you got the feeling they were in no rush to serve...you, and there was no welcome. The prices were way above what we paid elsewhere, but I suppose it is on the main square, so prices will usually be above average. Overall, I don't think we would return due to the pricey drinks, unfriendly service and there being nothing special about the pub inside.More
