We invite you to our 700-year-old tenement house, which is part of the frontage of the Old Market Square in Poznań. The tenement house accommodates the Ratuszova Restaurant, one of the best local restaurants in Poznan, with a 70 year history, as well as luxury boutique apartments dedicated to those who want to enjoy the assets of the best location in town. The restaurant serves well-known traditional Polish dishes. We do care to serve seasonal products. They not only benefit your health but also taste better. High quality is what distinguishes us. We make our best efforts to offer value to our guests. Our waiting staff will always help you choose a dish and drink up to your satisfaction. We have arranged our apartments with the most demanding Guests in mind, taking into account their comfort, high quality and high standard preferences. Each of our 6 luxury, air-conditioned boutique apartments (of an area ranging from 64m2 to 40m2) can accommodate up to 4 Guests. You are welcome.

Attention to detail is in full flow here, our table was waiting and our waiter knew our names, probably from the social media link on my wife’s booking email.. but a nice touch anyway.
Tables are presented very well and they use white gloves to exchange a steak knife. All the dishes we saw going to tables was well presented and of good size portions. It’s not a cheap place by polish standards and you will see why..
would I return.. absolutely

Great Restaurant serving traditional polish cuisine with a modern twist and highest quality ingredients.
The Lamb shank was very tender and the home made pickles added a nice sour touch . The potato puree was made with a special variety of hand picked potato and was simply the best puree I ever had in my life ( very tasty but not heavy and with the right fluffy texture ).
Also the black pudding combined with fermented apples slices was a good match.
Goood choice of wines : I had a nice Amarone della valpollicella from a very reputable winemaker .
Very pleasant ambience .
But what makes this Restaurant stand out from other Restaurant in Poznan of high reputation ( see other review ) is the warm and attentive service I received from the young waiter . With his enthusiasm and professionality made the Restaurant shine .

At a prime location in the main square of the Old Town, it was wonderful to sit outside and watch the world go by. Our waither was friendly, helpful and very professional. We (2 persons) chose his suggestions for the entrees - cold Polish red beet soup and beef tartare. Both were wonderful. Our main courses were fish fillets and roasted lamb shank. The presentation was always pleasing and the dishes well balanced. A popular restaurant and the quality let's you know, why.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation and liked the look of the menu. It’s also in a lovely location. Unfortunately we found it pretentious and a bit overrated.
We ordered the cod and the chicken breast. I ordered the house wine, which the waiter told me was Chardonnay. When he came to pour it, I spotted that it was in fact Sauvignon Blanc and it was interesting to hear the waiter trying to cover his mistake. I strongly suspect that he didn’t think I’d notice. No problem, I’ll take a glass of Sauvignon instead. And he poured me a generous glass.
Our meals came, after a while, and they were beautifully presented. I enjoyed my chicken but my husband’s cod was overdone and dry. When our waiter asked how our meals were, my husband let him know that the cod was dry, and to his credit, the waiter offered him a free coffee as recompense. He never asked whether we’d like dessert.
So all in all, a bit disappointing.

We had a lovely lunch in Ratuszowa restaurant. They had a great set up outside with a lovely view of the Old Town Square. Service was very prompt from start and staff were great recommending wines and dishes they believed to be good. We had pork chop, half a duck and stroganoff as our main courses washed down with a bottle of a nice cava as it was 30C outside. All the food was excellent.

I had the opportunity to organize a festive dinner on the occasion of defending my doctorate. I have heard very positive opinions about this place before. I was captivated by the beautiful hall in the restaurant's basement, delicious meals - especially the trout gravlax and the famous duck. The gentleman who served us brilliantly matched the wine with the dishes done. The conclusion is - tasty and classy. If someone likes Polish cuisine, I recommend it with all my heart. My guests and I were very pleased

We've been in Ratuszova few days ago having Christmas feast with my Polish and Danish co-workers. The idea was to show my foreign guests our traditional christmas meal and that was the best choice! We have tried several, variuos dishes and could hear few words about each of them.
The food was delicious! Service was also great and I've heard (again) many nice words about polish cuisine :)

Restaurant located ın the old city center and have a very good ambiante,especially basement ıs very well decorated.
ı come here for business dinner we try some soaps ,cheese,meats all of them delıcıous and made ın Polısh way with a good and very tasty way.
Prıces are higher then the other restaurants ,but ıts ok.

What an amazing dining experience. Classic Polish cuisine explained in great detail by Adrian. Exceptional value for money, food & drinks were outstanding. Rye soup to start was full of flavour. I followed that by an outstanding vegetarian dish of roast broccoli with a zingy salsa and my wife enjoyed the speciality of duck. The setting was idyllic watching life pass us by as we enjoyed this outstanding dining experience.

It's not only great food and nice place to visit in the old town of Poznan. It goes together with the sense of solidarity and willingness to help. This restaurant has been supporting the medical personel who was taking care of patients with coronavirus.

Really lovely restaurant, beautiful old market place building. Very friendly staff who gave excellent advice on their interesting menu and wine choice. We chose roasted pumpkin with Gorgonzola to start followed by roasted duck with apples and steamed yeast buns! Absolutely delicious! We would have no hesitation in returning next time to try some of the other dishes on their menu, thanks Ratuszova for a great evening!

Wow🤩🤩 Fantastic restaurant with a warm and good atmosphere. Top waiters who are at work and their attention is directed to the customer. The food was fantastic 🤩 Can be strongly recommended 🤩
Starter was prawns and chorizo in a type of tomato sauce, main course was traditional Polish grilled duck. Amazing🤩 The best duck I have ever eaten.

If you look for organizing small birthday with couple of friends but you do not want to be limited by hour and enjoy restaurant service with delicious food then this is best fit. ratuszowa Apartments and restaurant offer both. Amazing food and service directly to apartament with a view on Old Market Square. Perfect!! recommend to everyone

Wow wow wow. Amazing food lovely staff and 5 star service.
Portions are big and taste wonderful. Right on the square so a lovely view.
