Nice atmosphere, very good food and excellent service provided by waitresses in nice folk costumes. My only objection is related to not so tasty deserts.

It's a traditional restaurant with indeed tasty and fairly inexpensive food. Every tourist must try here such traditional dishes as pierogi (dumplings with different fillings), bigos (stewed cabbage with meat) and kompot (a drink with dried fruits). We liked the most fried dumplings with meat, sheep cheese and spinach..Also, this place sometimes can be crowded.

Travelling from Vilnius via Warsaw we had just 8 hours to see the city. That's why I scanned tripadvisor to see where we could have a quick meal. Zapiecek was one of the options, which offered Polish traditional food. Me and my wife had a nice stroll in the old town and we saw a bunch of Zapiecek restaurants on... More

Menu mainly pirogi, but a few other options available. Visited a couple of times and enjoyed the food.

There are several of these restaurants in Warsaw, at least I have seen 4 or 5. All decorated with Polish motifs and offering Polish food. Very suitable for a casual and quick dinner based on pierogies and Polish beer. There are many variety of pierogies and can combine several types. The pierogies are quite good although I have eaten better... More

Excellent food, value for money, would recommend if you 're not looking for anything too fancy. There are plenty of these "chain" restaurants about - they're hard to miss.

Poor food, contains a lot of fat and not a good taste. Good drinks. Staff was very kind and gave a great service. Service by beautiful woman with traditional outfit!

I have been twice to this restaurant: once alone and once with somebody. Both times I enjoyed very much the place and dinner (got each time the Roasted Duck). I recommend this place very well located from the old plaza.

Loved everything from the attention of the waitresses to the food. The decor is sweet and homely. The smells are mouth-watering and the English menu was the cherry on top. Not a bad thing to say!
