We had a really, really lovely time at Atelier Amaro. The waiting staff were extremely attentive and the knowledge of each ingredient was amazing. They also spoke great English and made me fresh corn bread (I cannot eat gluten). The 9 moments were actually more like 12 with the added amuse bouche - this made the £70 for this tasting... More

Highly recommend trying this delicious restaurant, food is top notch! Although, needed to pace ourselves with the vodka/spirit pairing, but you must try! Bravo!

Truly Magical place serving best food and emotional experience ever👌🏻 We manage to book the table flying from abroad, staff was super friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant till end of the meal we where traded like a king and queen. We did have a "12 moments" menu created by Chef Amaro specially for Christmas... More

This was my second visit with the full moments experience. Lovely relaxed environment and great light-hearted service. We started with gins from a tea-cup and every moment was a very interesting happy one. It certainly one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Warsaw, if not Poland IMHO. Excellent value for money for a fine dining experience.

We travelled to Warsaw especially to eat at Atelier Amaro. We had eaten Modest's menu at Northcote in England, and loved his food, so decided to do a city break to Warsaw and book a table at his restaurant. It was all we expected. Fabulous food, seasonal and wonderfully flavoursome, we had the 9 course tasting menu which was great,... More

This restaurant is price fixed and serves 9 Moments (Courses) - all of which were outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure that everything they served met our eating preferences and made special dishes to accommodate any food allergies and/or issues. Each dish was better than the previous one. A different wine was paired with each course as... More

A six course tasting menu in which every course was a stand-out in a quiet civilized environment. The chef works wonders with local ingredients and reinvents Polish cuisine

this restaurant has to be worth at least a once in lifetime visit just to experience the food and taste and the chef's expertise of presentation, the 8 course is worth it from the garden to start to the frozen desert and a different glass of wine for every serving to enhance the flavours. The tastes of each dish and... More

What an experience!! I was there with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in until we walked out. Top class service, the food was outstanding and a very cozy atmosphere. One of the best restaurant I have ever been to. I will definitely come back here.

Description
This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.
