Very good traditional slovenian food. The waiters are kind, don't wait to much after them or the food. Stayed here one week and from all kind of food platous did not get one to say bad or not tasty. Worth it of you are in the region or passing by.

This restaurant used to be very charming, and being a "gostilna" (an Inn) used to be very reasonable priced. Sadly those days are gone, and the owners have decided to exploit tourists and visitors to Bohinj by charging ridiculous prices for farm food that is only average. The "sopska" said was not a sopska, and they charged 7 Euros for... More

We had meal twice at Gostilna Mihovc, both times we got some tasty foods. First time we chose from the menu, then we tried it sight unseen, and was not disappointed :). The only strange thing I have encountered was that Slovenian ppl eats sausage with sausage... Sausage with ratatouille, sausages with beans, vegetables, but I can say that it... More

We called in for a coffee and cake whilst out walking on a very wet day. We were glad to sit under cover outside and ordered coffees and I had the sweet dumplings and my husband the ice cream cup. Both desserts were 5 euros each! I got 2 very small dumplings and my husband 3 scoops of ice cream,... More

Golaz was too liquid, strudel was half hot, half cold, probably not home made and just heated up in a microwave. Fried livers were more cooked than fried and with too much onions. Sausage was good, cabbage too. Potato was nothing special. The food was too expansive for what we got. The staff is very friendly though. They have a... More

I happened to stumble on this bar/restaurant last Saturday when I left my luggage at the tourist office in Bohinj, and began walking with backpack to Stara Fuzima. I think it's great. I went twice. The first night I had grilled trout and sauerkraut (with a very nice white wine). The second night I had the calves liver with potatoes... More

We were a bit disappointed of the food. Terrace is nice, as well as indoor, serving is good, but food... I ordered fried smoked sausage with potatoes and received 2 slices of some sort of parizer with some (i think) corn inside, semi fried, eatable, but definitely not worth to come back for. Their cabbage and bean stew also does... More

This is one of the few choices you have around Lake Bojini area as far as dining. Nothing special, the restaurant is simple with a sitting area outside, the food is good and enough to feed a hungry male, service is excellent and quick, but a bit expensive for what you get. l

Excellent service with very nice tasty food and huge portions but the prices are a bit on the high side. Definitely recommended

Tasteless food for too high prices, not at all what you expect from a traditional gostilnja... Kind waitresses, but the food can simply not be called 'good'.
