As vegans, it makes it so simple to walk into a restaurant and not worry about ingredients. So in that sense, I would recommend this restaurant. The portions are good size and 3900 forints after- you feel full. Nonetheless, the food is very salty and...More

The food was good but the outdoor sitting area is a little bit shabby. We paid 30 euro for two vegan mix dishes. I think Edeni is quite expensive to be a self-service restaurant (there is no service at the table). The staff was friendly...More

Had lunch here one day, food on display kinda heat lamp style, multiple options, all vegan... Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but, if I was in the area I'd eat here again without hesitation.

Stumbled across this cafe whilst exploring the castle and surrounding areas. I’m glad we did! A lovely little spot for lunch with a delightful outdoor seating area. A variety of dishes available including some vegan takes on the Hungarian traditional dishes, which was great. The...More

I jumped on it by chance. A really nice surprise. The food is pre cooked and you can choose what you want to eat. The pricing was good and also was the quality. I also had a raw dessert cake

I highly do not recommend. They are cheating tourists. Food was below average, but 3 times more expensive than is common in Budapest.

Being a canteen-like, self-service place, really expensive, 4000 Ft (~13 euro) for a plate of vegetables. This is so harmful to the spread of vegan thought. Kifozde szinvonalu, onkiszolgalo hely. Botranyosan magas ar (4000Ft) fizettunk egy talnyi etelert. A legbosszantobb, h a vegan gondolat terjedesenek...More

Very kind lady at the counter. Food was good for breakfast, not the chepeast, but tasty. We had a mock sausage stew with potatoes and tofu omelette. Chili sauce was basically salt though. You can take food to go in containers. Cash only.

A lot of locals were eating here which made it very authentic. The mock meat is tasty and the presentation is great! Our meat eating friends were impressed and everyone enjoyed their meal and was full afterwards. The restaurant is clean and comfy. The bathrooms...More
