Since it was just around the corner form my apartment, Vidam was my go-to Hungarian restaurant. There was an extensive menu with an outstanding goulash soup and garlic spare-rib, while the nokedli and palacsinta was always homemade. I took my family and friends there whenever...More

My girlfriend and I had been walking past this restaurant for quite some time since we live very close to it. We got very curious since we saw mostly locals eating there and the prices are very affordable. We decided to give it a go...More

Very cosy little place. Simple and tasty food for a very low price. Very friendly staff and good service. Our family (2 adults + kids age 4, 7 & 9) had a nice lunch there after visiting the national museum.

Our host recommended this place as a restaurant where the people who live in the neighborhood go. "It's been on this street for thirty years,so the people here must like it." As another reviewer noted, you'll see few if any tourists, therefore the food is...More

Through a little brown door you descend into a sub-terrainian local food paradise. This was just around the corner from our hotel and perfect for a quick cheap meal. I started with the mixed fish soup, with a big basket of bread. Rich with paprika...More
