My boyfriend and I had dinner here during our first evening in Budapest. We were excited to try some classic Hungarian dishes but had mixed opinions on the experience. The positives: The restaurant itself looks very nice and very clean and the staff were friendly....More

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. It was great to try a local dish and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try some great Hungarian food!

We came here after a day of travelling and the kitchen was still open at 10. The food was delicious. We had enormous Wiener Schnitzels and it was cheap. 11 euro per person, including drinks.

Nice food and very friendly staff. I get goulash soup with spicy paprika paste and slices of spicy paprika which was great! After the meal me and my friends get a shot of palinka for free. I think i'll come back there!

It was November and when I walked in I noticed that the server had a blanket covering her. I figured out why, there was no heat. Her English was not good so I could not ask why it was so cold. I had the schnitzel,...More

Horrible. Either they bought all their positive Trip Advisor reviews, or the previous reviewers hadn't had a meal in 3 months. Oil they used to fry the schnitzel and chips in was at least that old - the only consolation I guess was that it...More

We were recommended this place by our hotel. They offer a 'tourist meal' of 3 courses, with the focus on reasonably sized servings of 'traditional' food eg, ghoulash. The staff were very friendly and the food was very nice. We were even given complimentary shots...More
