The prices are trippled compared to other restaurants that serve sushi. The taste is good, but not better than other sushi-restaurants -not worth the price at all. They even charged us a service-fee (3222,- HUF) on top of the high prices, which we don't think they really deserved... We expect much more of a restaurant that operate with prices like... More

The ramen soup is one of the best in the town. Nice sashimi and tuna! The dessert are good as well, which is a surprise. Good service. A little bit expensive. Try the extra saké.

This is defenitely not the most authentic Japanese restaurant in Budapest, but service is nice, food is ok. Not cheap.

Such a shame. Looks great outside and atmospheric inside but the staff were poor in attitude. The menu had great promise but the food on arrival was dire. The prices were ok.

The restaurant was a 5min walk from our hotel! It stayed open until late so it was convenient if we came back late and needed a late dinner. The food was a amazing and our waiter always made sure we were okay.

Came to Budapest for my girlfriends 30th birthday. After we dropped our luggage off to the hotel we decided to grab some much needed food. My girlfriend and daughter love Japanese foods. • The waitress looked grumpy and was rude. • the wrong dish was ordered (we don't speak Hungarian) we explained she didn't offer to take the dish back... We stumbled across this place and found it to be perfect for a quick unfussy relaxed lunch. I'm vegan and the waiter was very good at revising my order after he identified the vegetable spring rolls have cheddar cheese in- very odd but as it's Asian fusion food they just snuck it it! Had the tofu in ginger and the... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
