We ate here after going to the baths, the cakes were lovely, and everything was very reasonably priced.

The chopped walnut filled warm crepes with dark chocolate sauce was the perfect snack on an afternoon break. Add espresso, cappuccino and Hungarian dessert wine in a beautiful art deco bar, doesn't get better than that...

Very tasty palacsinta, service is beyond expectations. Worth it to try as traditional patisserie of Hungary.

It was fun knowing that Queen Elizabeth and other famous people have visited this charming and storied cafe. Very fancy and fun. The chocolate pancakes (crepes) are elaborately prepared with flames and nice orange rind to cut down sweetness. With a cappuccino it doesn't get much better.

Best pancake I have tasted so far...The crepe is so smooth and tasty. It was stuffed with crushed almonds and topped with chocolate laced with rum....Do I hear YUMMY?!!!

To widen the Gundel "empire" they opened this patisserie some years ago. It is nothing special, besides their prices. It is far more expensiv as other establishment with the same sortiment. Avoid it.

An institution in Budapest1 A feast for eyes and the palate, the hip pocket does take a hit. You feast on all sorts of delectable desserts and cakes and the coffee is good too!

It is supposed to be a fancy restaurant, but it's all just for show. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I got a bent fork with my meal. The food was OK, but VERY overpraised (more then 105$ for lunch!). Without a doubt, this is the worst restaurant we have been to in our visit and it's clearly there to... More
