I had a disappointing experience at Friday's restaurant in Budapest. The steak I ordered was terrible. It was so undercooked that I had to send it back to the kitchen. Shockingly, they returned the same piece of meat, only to burn it to well done...instead of preparing it as a medium-well as I originally requested. This ruined my meal and left me with a bad impression of the restaurant.More
Got a very good sevice. We just ordered when i had a pain in my chest and i thought i was having a heartattack. The waiter put our food to takeaway swiftly and another waiter helped me told me what to do to get better....We rushed to the hotel where i got medicen. We got very good food and amazing cocktail. Was so happy to visit this place in Budapest hoping some good food and time ! Unfortunately this was really a disgusting experience! The waiter took the order got to wait over 40 mins for order to be delivered … just checked with one of...the waiters about food he said speak to your waiter ! Once I seen the waiter passing by and reminded about our order his rude answer was this is a busy restaurant it takes time ! Reg food ! Our order fajita with Spanish rice it was burnt and the rice was completely sticking to the hot plate it was served ! Chicken with paremesian cheese was very bitter !! Strange taste ( Note: this food even made my daughter sick in the late night which was really intolerable ) Even it was hard to find the waiter back to atleast tell the quality and how awful the food was ! As they only seemed to run around tables take orders and drop food and finish job Finally we got to wait even to pay the bill and get rid of this place A day ruined with this place … Hope they find more staff if they are truly busy or to limit the entry to minimum guests if they are not capable of managing the guests !More
Sorry but hier is the food so plastic . This is not real kitchen very plastic . So if you want to eat some real food not hier ,in hungary has a good food restaurant you try some local food.
this is a great place to take a snack or even to have a business meeting, or a meal before a movie. The menu is varied and most people will be able to grab something interesting. Fries are really good. What I did not like...was the chocolate cake, it was too tough. I needed a knife to take it apart.More

Great place located at westend mall next to the movies i liked the steak was great but the only down is that the music is too loud to speak and if u have a soccer game they pump up the volume and its a little...disturbing because of that i gave that rate and the beef of 300grs was very tasty came with smashed potatoes and vegetables plusMore

When in doubt, eat what's familiar... Arrived at budapest on the same day, and went looking for food after buying the necessary gifts, wasn't sure where to go, and decided better safe than sorry. Service a little slow, the food a little different from the...US, but good with no surprises - you know what to order and what to expect.More

the waiters just ignore it. it is impossible to make an order. The waiters show that they will now fit, but not fit. It is absolutely not clear why

I am very disappointed by the service I got at this restaurant. I stayed almost 20 minutes before being served. Waiters just passed my table. Yes I get I am black but may be have a no blacks allowed at the door. On top of...that, I went and asked whether this is a self service restaurant but the waiter only came 15 min later and had a condescending tone. Black people are people. They actually can pay for their bills. It high time such restaurants and such practices are shunned. Lets stop racial discrimination.More
When you enter a restaurant in a shopping centre you expect reasonable food at reasonable prices. TGI Fridays in the Westend Shopping Center gives you excellent food and service with a smile for a reasonable price. We had a late lunch on a weekday afternoon...and got a good seat without having made a reservation (were not so lucky on a Sunday when we returned for more). Of the Signature Salmon & Shrimp combo (enough to share for two) the salmon was very good and the shrimp was awesome. So much so that we definitely intend to return to have just the shrimp. Our waiter was András friendly and professional – thanks! The draught Pilsner is good, prices acceptable. We shall most certainly return.More
We are ready to go to this restaurant after shopping. We ordered a hamburger and a kind of chicken sandwich with appetizers. The quality of the food was very good and the food was very tasty. The price was acceptable compared to the quality of...the food. We liked this restaurant.👍More
Typical Friday’s decor/ atmosphere. Average quality food with reasonable rates. After visiting shops in the mall, this should be the place for some food & drinks.
I've visited several times over the last 3 years and it's steadily gone down hill and now nosedived to a dreadful level. The first time I went here the service was great, food was really good and I had an enjoyable experience. Yesterday I went...possibly for the last time. The waiter was probably the rudest waiter I've had in any restaurant in years. Waited ages for food and in that time I really wanted another drink but not one waiter stepped foot in the whole half of the restaurant we were sat to serve us or any other customers. The waiter plonked down food and drinks without a word. Took our money when we paid without a thanks or bye. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, no salt or condiments on the table and no waiter comes by ever to ask for any. Food is not bad but the environment and service is probably among the worst you'd experience anywhere ever.More
