We had just come from the kiraly Spa and were very tired. But it was a lovely venue, friendly staff and tasty food. Me and my 3 other friends shared some desserts and I took one bite from the chocolate soufflés and proceeded to order a second for just me. Special Kosonum to Roxana for the lovely service.

Went for a casual business dinner and was pleasantly surprised. While a small venue, the food was superb and quite progressive for traditional Hungarian food. Reasonable priced. Well worth the visit.

Being in Budapest with a business trip I checked Tripadvisor, as usually, for finding a place for dinner, around my hotel. Being high ranked, I choose Mondragora. Absolutely very good choice. Fine food and very good service, together with decent prices. I will come back with pleasure.

This gem of a find is off the tourist trail on the Buda side, a short walk from the Regnum Residence Hotel on Kacsa utca. It was previously a jazz club but now offers a delicious menu combining a la carte and traditional Hungarian dishes beautifully presented in a relaxed rustic setting. No starched tablecloths here but the informal setting... More

Original, delicious and fairly priced. Lovely staff and up-to-date cuisine that mixes the traditional Hungarian style with some of the latest techniques. Interesting regional wines. Warm and cosy atmosphere. Details worth discovering.

We have been first time in Budapest and this restaurant had good reviews here and close by our hotel. However atmosphere from outside to inside is warming and it is long time since I saw that awesome and helping staff. Meal was great. Restaurant is little more expensive than what you would expect in Budapest, but top service and classic... More

This restaurant is located a bit far from main tourist areas, but it's worth to travel. It was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was quite helpful. I strongly recommend Duck breast steak, which is totally different with ducks I used to eat.

This restaurant was founded ten years ago. We have continously developped during years, always adopting our Guest's needs. At first our palce was operated like a club and we transformed it to a bistro style restaurant step by step whitout loosing the kind and welcoming atmosphere, what makes us very rare in these days. Our goal is if You visit us once, You will partake fascinating hospitality. So next time we can welcome You like a regular guest.

We believe that hospitality only worth doing with soul!
