We dined here twice during our visit to Budapest - once as a large group of 9, and then a week later as a group of 5. Both visits were great. Our Hungarian friend from Szeged had asked his friends in Budapest what restaurant they...More
Me and my friends went to this place. I ordered goulash soup and pork liver. Goulash soup was really good, i recommend it. Pork liver was nice also but not the best. We went to this place for traditional hungarian food but most of them...More
The place was almost empty when we went for having dinner.
The goulash was so good, the rest of the food was good as well, but not the best, and not all of them was traditional.
The price was normal, between 1000-3000 ft.
I had the menu II (only written in Hungarian) for 1250 HUR. You get a soup and a nice dish (chicken, onions, salad, pickles and fries arranged in a very yummy way). Really great quality of food and awesome price for that!
Beautiful little eatery we found by mistake. Incredible food for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores. I had the breaded mushrooms with rice and veggies on the side. It was amazing. The service is outstanding, loved our waitress (so friendly and nice!). Loved this place, will definitely...More
We went there for dinner. The service was not the fastest and the food was very good, although I found it too buttery/oily for my taste. Portions were big. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice.
I went to this restaurant on 23rd December, when any other restaurant was closed.
The place is nice and welcoming. The staff is kind and available.
There is a wide choice of dishes, and the food is delicious.
The price is fair for the quality...More

I read about this restaurant on TripAdvisor and decided to visit. We was two couples with little kids. Ordered a goulash soup, and I will recommend to you to take a bowl not a cup. This was the most delicious goulash I ever eat. We...More
We chose Tukory Etterem after reading reviews on Trip Advisor.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the food is excellent.
The Goulash soup alone was worth the visit - if you are choosing something else from the menu, maybe a Cup is enough,...More
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
