Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited many times for "cepelinai" to take away - always perfect. Last time they didn't have it so tried something new. Sausages with shredded tinned cloves. It was ok, but had some better experience in other places. Potatoes pancakes the same. But menu is so big, that you can find anything for your taste.

Yes, it's best in district, but just because it's only one lithuanian kitchen type restaurant. Can you get there a lot of different lithuanian dishes? No, just made of potato. The biggest part is post-soviet union dishes. Interior is made like lithuanian "traditional" style, but not very cozy. This restaurant open a long time, so its has a steady circle of visitors. We eated creps and Agotos cepeliną (traditional dish, most often portion is two unit, but there is one and GIANT) and baked bread with cheese (snack). See photos. Price is pretty average :)

Its a default Lithuanian kitchen since post-Soviet times. Food is OK and portions are quite big according to the price. The taste is OK. Its not a posh restaurant, so you should be ready for food as it is. I have taken there a "special pork steak" and it was so good and also like 15 years ago during family gatherings in village. The interior is so-so but what would you expect when the name itself codes that's gonna be village like stuff. In conclusion - I will go every time when i want "heavy" old-school Lithuanian food. Note: the business-lunch were 3.50 euros and you can fill your stomach well. SO its cheaper than before Euro in Litas. I like this place due to prices and quantities of food. Note2: they do the cold beetroot soup in winter times also.

I've eaten here several times, as we have a relative who lives nearby. The food is good quality Lithuanian fare, and the facility is new, made to look older. I collect radios, so was happy to see one made in Belarus on display. The house Gira (Kvas in Russian) is tasty. We enjoyed the appetizer platter. Even for tourists, this place is easy to reach, just use the 3G bus.

Although the menu extensive, many Lithuanian dishes, but the food is tasteless. The right place to have a drink, but do not recommend to eat.

Maybe this place out of the center but it is nice place and really cheap. In winter/spring they had really interesting tea drink with honey and buckthorn.

If any body ask me where to eat in Vilnius I give my favourite: Agotos Grecia. It's tasty and at a reasonable price.

Cons: - usually there will be a free parking place nearby; - prices are not so high in comparison with other locations; - menu is also good for children 'cause there are no "sophisticated" meals; - the food is ok. Pros: - there is nothing so special Lithuanian about this place except few meals and some items on the walls.

Great lithuanian dishes, however other meals aren's so good. Service is somewhere in the midle, but atmosphere...despite the fact that interiour is as it should be in country style tradicional Lithuanian food restaurant, but sometimes you don't feel safe and comfortable because of type of public, who likes to get drunk here.

For me this was not the first time in vilnius and well not the first time tasting various lithuanian meals. Absolutely, this was the best place for me judging from both quality of lithuanian meals and quality of service. my family ordered some various dishes to try specialities of lithuanian cuisine and well we were full. the portions are big, even possible to share with your friends or family.and the price range from 3 to 6 euros. I would recommend this restaurant if you really want to try lithuanian cuisine and some localbeers or other drinks. this is one of the best places in vilnius.

As I understand it, COFFEE is not a Lithuanian drink, so the patriotic waitresses showed such a bestial attitude towards the person who “dared” to order just a cup of coffee, that the mood was ruined for the whole day. A real cattle station

An excellent restaurant with national dishes for every taste at an affordable price. Polite staff. There is a menu in Russian. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi.
