I'm not an expert on Lithuanian food so I can't vouch for its authenticity, but I was told it was authentic. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, good service, and good food. I tried several items on two different days. I liked the Cepelinai, a stuffed potato dumpling and a Lithuanian specialty. I'm not a hugh fish soup fan but... More

Hearty traditional, local food, tasty & quickly turned out, Aline Leiciai gave us a flavour of Lithuanian cuisine & we really enjoyed our dishes though accompaniments like chipped potatoes tasted like they may have been pre-cooked. Overall though, a fun evening in a cosy historic setting. Service was quick & friendly & we were warmly received despite the restaurant being... More

We wanted to try some traditional Lithuanian food that wasn't too expensive, and Aline Leiciai was perfect for this. We got the meat platter for starters (hot snacks) and the cepelianai and the sausages for mains (hot dishes), with the natural apple cider and one of the beers, and it all came to only about €27 - very good value... A bit of a pleasant surprise. Just dropped in for a quick lunch, but stayed quite long. Had the stewed porkin with apple and mashed potatoes. Really good! Along with that really good home brewed beer. My two friend were very happy with their food and drinks as well. Worth a visit.

We were particularly impressed with the wide selection of beers and local wine. The taster selection of local beers was great value for money at just 6€. We had the sharer plate of beer snacks to start which was really tasty, followed by mains that were cooked beautifully. Well worth a visit.

Popped in for a beer, decided to have a nibble at the cheeseboard as it sounded like a tasty snack on the menu. Well I never have been served such a pathetic thing in all my life, must have been prepared and plated a week before, dry and curled up, hard and old, very disappointed.

I really loved the soup I had as a starter, but not so much the Capelinai dish. The prices were lower than the average, so I guess it was ok in general, The service was a bit slow, but I could see the staff trying to do their best.

We visited quite a few restaurants in Vilnius and this one we visited 3 times! First of all it has a great location at Town hall square. But in the same time the prices are pretty good for this location! Considering tasty meals, big portions, cold crafted beer and pleasant waiters, your good time is guaranteed! Highly recommended!

6 beers (200ml) for €6. Nice beers in their own special way. Good bar, food was good too. The beer selection is good value and a bit of fun having different beers to what you would normally choose

If you want to experience local food you have to visit Leiciai. Cepelinai there is simply amazing. Not only the food is great but the beer they brew is also exceptional. It s a must visit, especially for non locals
