Good to see that Noku is still the chill-out and lively place that it is. Still not really sure what Noku stands for though....

We decide try this bar after see that is one of the 10 best Bars in Tallinn, the location is very unusual and very difficult to find if you don't know the area. We arrive and we have a seat in the table... no staff around.... nobody.... we wait to be serve or get the menu 20 minutes.... after 10... More

It's always fun to find a bar with a door code you need to find. Going up the distressed arty stairs gave me hope of quite a cool and quirky bar. Whilst the beer, service and location were fine it did feel almost clinical and lacking in atmosphere. Almost like a canteen.

I went there for a beer in the early evening. The atmosphere is relaxing. I recommend this for people who like bohemian and youthful places. It reminded of the places I used to spend time during my art student days. It was nice to take a break from the busy bars and observe people there. I think there were some... More

Tallinn has been a nightmare city for someone who loves a good pint at the end of the day. Saku (local cheap beer) is a horrible and nauseating concoction that goes for standard price of 2.5 euros /0.5l. We had high hopes for Noku, but unfortunately it turned out to be a pretentious hipster hideout with pricey menu, bad lighting,... More

Although I like the retro style and whole concept of this bar, I was quite surprised that they have only 2 craft beers. Nowadays most bars offer at least somekind of selection of craft beer. Having only 2 craft beer choices is just shameful for a bar in middle of old town.

You need a passcode to get in, but once you're here you'll find an extremely laid back and friendly place to have a beer and food. Had some dumplings as well as a plate of nachos with a friend - portions are ok. Best part of the place is that you will almost have it exclusively to yourself on a... More

Code to get in is the middle row from top to bottom at the street entrance. Good place for some food and a tea, to be shared at a table where you can play table games.

It is for no nonsense food, behind a door with a code. Service is friendly and prompt. This gem is in the middle of the old town which is truely convenient

It wasn't supereasy to find and we were helped by locals who showed us the code to unlock the door which looks just like a regular house with no signs.. The environment is really cozy and warm, the food was really tasty and came in good portion sizes: starter+main and we were stuffed!
