Good food, French style cafe. Best coffee in Tartu. Pastry and cakes. Nice selection. Quiet place in the center. Nice and helpful staff.

I cannot fully judge the restaurant as I only had daily lunch there, which, however was great - perfectly roasted pork with nice local salad and potatoes. The lunch is self-serviced, which apparently is fitted for the eternally hungry students. The location of the restaurant...More

Food was good, desert better. There is a local confectioner and they are serving different type of deserts.

Lovely place, nice food - maybe food menu isn't very wide, but I would say everyone will find something. Elegant interior! Very nice customer service - one of the best in Tartu.

This is an authentic place in French style right on the city square. I've been here a couple of times, but just to have some tee withe dessert. Thus, not sure about main course meals. Atmosphere and desserts are quite good.

We popped in here for a late-ish dinner to find the place packed and to be told there could be up to an hour's wait for food. We decided to stay though as we weren't in a hurry. We ordered the house lemonade to start...More

Good food and very friendly service. Nice 1800's atmosphere, Paris style. Edith Piaf singing in the background!

A place with tradition! This place is not for silly people but good old folks that appreciate nice old tastes of Europe: friendly locals that serve good food for all guests of Tartu!

Chocolaterie de Pierre was established with great care and love for everyone who appreciates sweets! Pierre is a real café in the truest sense of the word where you can hear the clinking of coffee cups and the pleasant hum of conversation, and also enjoy French and Italian cuisine with a great selection of delicious chocolate cakes and truffles. French music is played in the café every day. Welcome to Pierre Café & Chocolaterie!
