We visited Hanoi for our honeymoon. We booked the Hong Ngoc Dynastie hotel for a 3 day stay. Buffet breakfast is inclusive in room rate but lunch and dinner are paid per time you have.
We have Coconut Lollipop ice cream for dessert which was displayed charmfully in a coconut bowl with a special sauce! The homemade ice cream was amazing and worth trying despite it being summer or winter
Oh my God! Up to now, I have been imagining its flavor

That day was heavy rainny and our flights was delayed because of bad weather condition. We had to book room at Hong Ngoc Dynastie Hotel for a short stay to wait for the new one. Their reception desk suggested Rice Bistro
We tried Pho Ga Hanoi and Roasted Chicken with sticky rice for dinner which were quite enough for us to make our body warmer. My wife likes food made of chicken, we will try all dishes everywhere if we have chance. And Rice Bistro served us in an special way with their delicious flavour and eye catching decovratives

Had a bit of difficulty finding the place as the location on Google map isn’t appropriate. Please walk through 32 P. Hàng Mành street (not Hàng Nón as on the picture bellow).
Was welcome warmly by Mr Leo 🙏🏻🥰 Helped me out with my injured leg, with so much care and kindness. He guided me through the menu and I was very satisfied with my choices : pomelo salad and sprawns seasoned perfectly, and grilled beef with lotus brown rice making me think of Italian risotto. A delicate black tea and fresh fruits for dessert. The best restaurant I got the chance to taste in Hanoï so far.
A deep thank you for this marvellous moment at your side Mr Leo ♥️ I wish you and all the team the best for the end of the year.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, don’t miss this peaceful atmosphere and haute cuisine adventure ☺️

Yes, the grilled beef with lotus brown rice and Italian risotto have the command - the main ingredient - rice, while this Vietnamese dish is served with a little beef and drier steamed rice

We went there on our second night in Hanoi as we wanted a change of pace from street food.
We had the sticky rice and Nem. The taste was average compared to other restaurants and prices were exorbitant. Honestly, I was expecting more for the price they are charging but I suppose it has to do more with the setting than the food itself. Compared to other vendors or restaurants in Hanoi, you can really taste the grease in their food. I was a little taken aback by this as it made the food a little unappetizing.
Would suggest this for people who are less adventurous and don’t like eating at local food stores.

Walked in by chance and was very happy we did. A nice and cozy restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine. Min has been very helpful to recommend some dishes which we totally enjoyed especially the the spring rolls and sticky rice that came with the grilled pork.

cozy nice bistro . Their pancake as a starter is a must try, main dish when serve was a little cold and has to ask to reheat the soup otherwise, it will be perfect.
Otherwise, we have enjoy the food there with excellent service !

We ran out of cash and was looking for an eatery that accepts visa. Found them, good selection in the menu. We ordered a fried pancake, grilled pork in skewers and pomelo salad. The salad was amazingly refreshing! Ordered a second one! The staff was very alert. She saw us struggling to remove the meat frim the skewers, and promptly came over with a pair of gloves to help us with it. I wish I had taken note of her name! The staff were very all friendly and efficient too.

Have a great dinner, great food, very well presented, very solicitous service by Min. We loved the prawn spring roll and the fish dish Min recommended. Actually all dishes were good, down to the dessert and the coffees. We had egg coffee and coconut coffee.
Will enjoy going again if we have time.

Walking around in the old town of Hanoi we found Rice Bistro and even we were not so hungry we decided to give a try because it looked so nice. We ordered a few appetizers and finally some deserts. They were all very delicious and nicely prepared and served.
On our first visit we were taken care of by Linda ( was very friendly and did a great job).
The second visit was for the Pomelo Salad which we fell in love with.
This time Mr. Leo welcomed us and he made an exceptional job. He immediately realized that we had a little problem with our table as it was a little unstabel and fixed it quickly. Even we had just come for our Pomelo Salad he pampered us every moment. This salad is a deliciousness, I can recommend it to everyone!

An amazing place to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The "bun cha" is my favorite dish, and the sticky rice is also delicious. The banh xeo and pomelo pancakes are also great. The fried fish is cooked to perfection and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Price is not so cheap but worthy. We were all 5 adults. We tried 10 dishes in total but we shared so that we could try all of them with not so much money.We like the Rice Bistro Starter, Cha Ca Ha Thanh, Escargot spring rolls and meatballs and Coconut lollipos most. We have never eaten gluten food before , then Roasted chicken with sticky rice was quite hard and strange for us but it was ok.Superb food, friendly and friendly staffs. Just try them once time in your trip

Rice Bistro in Hà Nội offers the best Vietnamese cuisine in town. Located on the bustling street of Hoàn Kiếm, it provides a calming and chic dining experience. Captain Leo warmly welcomed us with a constant smile, making us feel right at home. The delicious food was beautifully presented, leaving us with satisfied bellies and big smiles. The luxurious interior and clean ambiance added to the overall experience. Mr. Leo's friendly and talkative nature made our visit even more enjoyable. To top it off, we were treated to a refreshing platter of perfectly cut, fresh fruits after our meal. This place deserves a 6 star rating

Exquisite Vietnamese experience ... close to our hotel...fab food served by Linda. We had grilled seafood, morning glory, rice and cocktails for under 1 million dong. Great value for money in a peaceful, elegant setting. We're coming back tomorrow as more wed like to try on the menu
