Food was good, but not spectacular. Service was not up to what I expected. But, I would definitely return for another go around.

I have been lucky enough to eat at Fiola several times over the past 5 years. I have NEVER been disappointed. The food is complemented by exceptional, knowledgeable staff. Of Fabio Traboochi's restaurants Fiola remains my favorite. If they have anything with mushrooms order it. I absolutely love the papparedelle with mushrooms when they have it. It's fairly pricey but... More

Among the best in Washington! For a culinary experience, Fiola is the place to go. The best pasta, beef, veal, and lobster, always imaginatively prepared. Simply delicious. And the best bar too!

Since the first visit to Fiola to make all the arrangements for the event we knew it was "the place". Every single detail was taken care of, the decoration, the ambience, the professionalism of manager Sarah Bergaron and staff -Edwin and his team, it was just awesome. The food, starting from the hors d'ouvres to the dessert delicious. Very tasteful... More

I had dinner at Fiola for my birthday with my parents/boyfriend and could not recommend it more for a special occasion. The price is exorbitant, but it makes sense when you combine the service, multiple courses, and sheer atmosphere - its worth it. As an example, we were initially seated near the bar area. My father is very hard of... More

Great restaurant and service, We really enjoyed it. Loved Edwin and the service. Had most amazing Capuccino/chestnut soup and the apple dessert was amazing. Had the 3 course with dessert and the portions, presentation and service were on the mark. Great night!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. Booked it 3 months in advance. Requested a nice table near the band. When we got there, the seating was behind a pillar so only one of us could hear see the jazz ensemble. This is supposed to be a Michelin 1 star. I didn't get that from the place. The... More

Before I begin my experience, allow me to say that this has been the most expensive restaurant I've ever been to, totaling $1250 for five people. I've read that Minibar by Jose Andres is much more expensive, totaling $1000 for two people, but I haven't tried it out yet. It was a fantastic New Years' Eve, and we found this:... More

8 of us celebrated my brother's birthday at Fiola last week. What a wonderful experience! We each had a 3 or 4 dish tasting menu. All of the dishes were either delicious or extraordinary. The service was about the best I've ever had in a restaurant...knowledgeable, generous, attentive. Timing was perfect. The atmosphere is charming, and bustling, but at the... More
