The food is fabulous! Phil was my server and he was one of the best servers I have met. His suggestions were great, he was attentive but not bothersome. The Spanish bruschetta bread, cheese and Iberian ham are a must. This is a must try. I thought if the title while eating. I had plates all over the table and... More

The service here is a bit slow, but the food is tasty with plenty of variety. You'll find an adequate wine selection and a lively bar environment. Good for groups with lots of shared tasting

I brought my teenage son to enjoy an authentic paella. We ordered the lobster paella which was not at all what I had hoped it would be. He ate only one bite and I couldn't get down much more than that. The paella was beef based and did not have the crispiness on the bottom that one would expect. It... More

Having eaten extensively throughout Spain and the best tapas restaurants in London, Jaleo certainly came close to authenticity, traditional Spanish food and choice. The restaurant was incredibly busy early on a Friday night which is always a good sign! The choice is good, including beer and wine. The only downside is the cost. Eaten in much better tapas restaurants in... More

Came here for dinner with a friend. Very busy place, with interesting decor. The wall near our table was covered with pictures of people sort of floating around. I laughed out loud when I went to the bathroom, and while in the stall looked down and saw photos of people pasted on the floor looking up at me! Service was... More

Great location near theater and White House area. Tried 6 items. The Brussel sprouts salad and peppers with goat cheese were great. Didn't care much for the pasta paella. Service was attentive. It is a bustling busy atmosphere.

I love this restaurant, and have for years. The food is flavorful, varied and original. Wonderful presentations. Small portions so that you can try several at a time. The atmosphere is always lively and colorful. A delightful experience.

I was hosted 18 months ago and today by two local friends and funny enough, they both choose Jaelo. I really enjoyed the vibe, culinary choices of the chef. Don't miss the visit to the restroom..
