We had an economical and delicious dinner. It appeared lots of local workers came to have lunch here. They had an interesting Turkish or Iranian ice cream. The restaurant was clean and the proprietor was very helpful in assisting us with our choices. Highly recommend it.

This is a nice little place close to L and 20th Street. When you first walk in you think it is an icecream place. It is not! It actually has real food. Good stuff at that. I had the special. I had no idea what it was except for the rice. It was great! Reina was very nice to have... More

I had the falafal platter and it was ok, but I've had far better. The platter comes with a bed of rice, 6 or so falafal balls (well prepared), a small amount of hummus, a small salad and a two small pieces of pita-like bread. The whole meal just came across as dry - the falafal needed some yogurt sauce... More

This is OK Afghan food. It's not spectacular, but not bad. It's a crowded shop, which means that maybe others have had other dishes available that are more stellar than the kebabs that I ordered. I will go back when I'm hankering for some Afghan food.

I have tried so many different places for lunch in Downtown DC. This is definitely one of the juiciest and yummiest Chicken Kebabs I ever had, much better than Moby Dick's and other places around - you can't even compare. And I am super picky with my food. I have eaten here at least 15 times in last year and... More

Went with three other friends and had a chicken kabob lunch. The chicken was a bit dry but the seasoning was very good. The place was busy and this was my first time but I will try it again next trip.
