Really looked forward to eating here especially since I saw it was featured on triple D. The atmosphere was great. A classic dark pub with eccentric decor. Since they pride themselves on being a "dive" they managed to keep the place real dirty, loved how they kept the toilet brush hung up right next to the sink in the men's... More

The Tune Inn underwent a makeover following a fire a few years ago; this is a review of the NEW Tune Inn. Older reviews will mention a very dingy dive bar that everyone loved. This is a review of a remodeled, brighter, cleaner dive bar that everyone still loves. Some will be nostalgic for the old place (I can be)... More

We stopped in, and the place was packed. They still managed to seat us right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We tried the deep fried cheeseburger, the mozzarella cheese sticks and Joe's West Virginia all based on Guy Fieri's recommendation. It was all quite tasty. Glad we came.

After a plane ride and short drive from Baltimore we were hungry and this place we had to check out because of Diners Drive-Ins and Dives! My husband had in everything omlet I had the corned beef and hash. The food was good and prices even better. It truly is a bar with some seating in the back, so we... More

Went here after touring DC all day and had the loaded fries and wings along with a long island iced tea. The Fries were decent, the wings were mediocre, but the long island was good.

Decent service. Average food. Little pricey for the serving size. Sweet potato fries could use a little extra seasoning.

Unfortunately, after a local recommendation and good reviews, we didn't get to have our breakfast here simply because of not having been acknowledged of our presence in the diner. We saw there were not available tables at the moment, raised the hand to ask "how long the wait", got the wait a moment sign with the hand and eventually chose... More

not pretentious and great service - what you see is what you get. Cold beer and good food. The Rueben was excellent and the best fried pickles in town.

Arrived in DC on a Sunday and was staying around the corner. We were restricted by who was open but luckily the Tune In was. Decent home cooked food and a very friendly Anglophile waitress!

This restaurant had a fire some years ago but was restored more or less to its old funky self with stuffed deer heads on the wall. Very casual, very welcoming. People from the neighborhood come to watch sports on tv and cheer for local team. Food is simple but mostly good.
