I have been here a few times and every time I am hopeful that I will enjoy the pizza as much as the other reviewers do. Unfortunately, putting toppings on an already pre-cooked pizza and reheating just is not satisfying. The good? It's better than the Pizza Hut in town, though that isn't saying much.

We were in Auburn for the South's Best Robotics Championship and decided to try Little Italy Pizzeria for lunch. I had read the reviews about how great the food was and wanted to check it out. The food was great and they were fast. Atmosphere was great too. We appreciate their support for the South's Best Robotics Championship and highly... More

No pretense. Just delicious pizza and a comfortable spot. Based on the original owners' roots in NY, and a college favorite in Athens, GA, this is a favorite spot.

Pizza is the best in town, but the beer is a bit wonky tasting most every time I go. Very cheap though. Still a great place for beer and pizza with friends.

First, I ordered a cannoli to see if it was worth having. The shell was nicely crisp, but the filling had a brownish color and I assume was due to added cinnamon - which I normally love - but it did not work here. Not horrible, but delicious which it appeared it would be without that added spice. And then... More

Every college town needs an inexpensive place with great pizza and cold beer. In Auburn, Little Italy is it! Concrete floors, wooden booths, great pizza and sub sandwiches and cold draft and bottled beer. If I were still in college, I would eat here 3 or 4 times a week. If it's warm and sunny, sit out back or sit... More

I get an extra large cheese Pizza, light sauce at least once a week. It is as close to classic, old school, non-froo-froo New York style pizza as you can get. Super cheese and crust. Sicilian is pretty good, also.

We went here for lunch before the game last weekend. It was crowded, but not so much that we couldn't find a seat. I'm a pizza-holic, so I love trying pizza everywhere I go. This was some of the best I've ever had. Crust was not to thick or thin, just enough grease, and perfect taste. The crew was quick... More

If you're looking for authentic NYC-style Italian pizza, Little Italy is the place to go. Their Napolitan pizza is nothing short of spectacular, I feel like I'm at Ray's in NYC when I'm folding it. Their Sicilian pizza is wonderful, thick but delicately light crust and reminds me of a Sicilian place I used to frequent in northeastern Pennsylvania. You... More

We've eaten here a few times, so obviously I go back. Their regular pizza and calzones are certainly good - plenty of toppings etc. Great beer selection. What brings us back is they have some of the best gluten free pizza my wife has ever had. If you have that dietary restriction, I would highly recommend it.

Thank Evan B
