We ate here on a visit to Goldfield and Canyon Lake. It is off the main drag, about a mile or two from the main road in a residential area. The prices were a little high to me but the service was excellent and the food had good flavor. Decor inside was rustic Western which fits with the area. You... More

After spending the morning on the Dolly Steamboat we were looking for a place for dinner. I called ahead and spoke with Amanda who was most pleasant and helpful in making our reservation. We were so glad we had dinner there. Their food was exceptionally tasty. Melissa our server had a wondereful personality and made us feel right at home.... More

First time to the Mining Camp Restaurant. We were visiting our son and his wife during Christmas and I bought tickets to see the McNasty Brothers. We enjoyed the food and the show. Jan and Jerry Peterman Graham NC

The Mining Camp Restaurant is a bit of a drive, we have gone past before, but didn't stop in. Our loss! We decided to give it a try after a hike at the Hieroglyphs Trail. What an amazing place; both character and quality! There is both 'family seating' and the 'steak house'. We opted for the Steak House. Great choice.... More

I finally convinced my husband to go for the dinner show featuring the McNasty Brothers. We live locally & had never seen these local legends. Why? My husband was hesitant to be stuck watching 4 guys in dusty cowboy garb telling dumb jokes. Well guess what - these guys are real musicians. The fiddler is world class. And this is... More

We had a late lunch here today. My spouse had the sirloin steak, my daughter had the vegetable plate and I had the glazed chicken breast. All of the food was delicious. The steak and chicken both came with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The vegetable plate included beets, portable lo mushrooms, avacado, squash and carrots. The bread was hot... More

We took a granddaughter and her new husband to the Mining Camp Restaurant for a steak dinner. Unfortunately their dinner and show programs hadn't started yet so we opted to dine in their traditional restaurant rather in the family style all you can eat restaurant. The ambiance is pleasing for a nice meal and opportunity to have a quiet visit.... More

Lunch or dinner at this restaurant is unique and very tasty. The ribs and baked beans are great. Also at certain times of the day there is a great show featuring some unique western entertainment. Reservation are required in the busy time of the year.

We went on recommendation from my cousin and enjoyed our meal and experience. We opted for the family dining choice. The service and atmosphere were great. The food was very good but not great. Loved the ham, chicken was fine, ribs were cooked well but we didn't favor the sauce - totally an individual opinion. Sides were all very good.
