My wife and I live nearby in Walnut Creek and this is our go to place for weekend brunch. Food is good, service is great, patio is dog friendly. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant.

Absolutely love this cafe. In fact I love all the Pear eateries. The food is outstanding and service is wonderful. Very attentive. I love eating outdoors and the courtyard is perfect. One of our favorite spots in Alamo.

Perfect place to meet friends in nice weather. Nice sitting outside. Very friendly service and good salads - we tried several and ingredients were very fresh and delicious.

Upscale menu. Small and friendly inside. Lovely courtyard outside in center of building and open to parking lot, it's brick with oak trees and about 6 umbrella tables. VERY popular. Friendly but leisurely service; not fast nor inexpensive Parking very tight.

We go here for all of our office birthdays! Everything I've had on the menu is very good, the patio is great especially since it's usually really cold inside! Salads are very tasty and not overly dressed. French dip is great, as is their chicken salad sandwich!

We had Samantha as a server...she was great...got the basic breakfast outside on the patio. Watch out for the swinging door its a little tricky.

I've eaten here a number of times and never had a bad meal. It's nice to eat on the patio, shaded by redwood trees. Service has been spotty, though. Sometimes it's fine, but other time very slow. I've also had problems with menu items being sold out.

Ate at the restaurant with close friend. The 4 of us very much enjoy our diner and the service. The pork chop were season just right. Wine list very complete. Easy park.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Great breakfasts too. Try their crab eggs benedict or breakfast burrito but be warned, bring your appetite.
