Wonderful local place for good BBQ, then one day they were just gone. I guess they got tired. We will miss them.

Lots of food so good for a take home box. Slaw yummy as were beans as sides. Ribs were being smoked as we ate.......... Out of the way but good home cooking flavor!
Food is good but the three times I go in for hot links, it's not available. I went in on different days and times. All three times they were not crowded with people and one time before lunch. Very disappointing!
Could use some ambiance and better service. Seems like they could easily close the place in a matter of minutes. Limited menu and sparse decor. BBQ is just "OK". Servings small and not very exciting.

This usual take out BBQ has a secret back patio that overlooks San Ramon Creek. Great when the weather accommodates. Watch out, they are closed Sundays out back. Food is always consistently good, with great ribs and pulled pork.
Food is great, but service can be very inconsistent. Very casual, small, space is crowded. Price is reasonable, but not always worth the wait.

We used to like going here when you could sit outside on the rear deck. The service was always a bit suspect but I attribute that to the fact that the food is good. The last time we visited, the back deck was full, mainly...More
