We came here for the Princess lunch for my daughter's birthday, and were disappointed. It was crowded, the server was rude to my husband about a food allergy, the bathroom packed, you had to wait 10 min to use the toilet and miss some of the princesses, the check in people and hostes also rude about an individual in our... We didn't know what to expect as we had to dine at this restaurant for the World of Color show's preferred seating. We had dinner reservations made months in advance and when we got there were told that we hadn't made them. My wife pulled out a copy of the reservation and showed it to the unimpressed 20-something at the... More

We celebrate our wedding anniversary on Halloween and since we decided to skip the MHP this year we made reservations at Ariel's Grotto for the World of Color special seating. The menu is prefix for $40 a person. We started with the lobster chowder. If I could have I would have licked the bowl clean. I was a little disappointed... More

Came here with family of four for an early character dining breakfast because who doesn't want to see princesses first thing in the morning? It's pricy, but I thought it was a darn good deal. At average $30/person you get a 3 course sit down breakfast and a smorgasbord of 5 princesses to meet at your table for your kids... More

Family dinner under the sea turned out to be pretty good. Diners choose from a prefix menu. Steak with lobster, Salmon, Pasta, Chicken or Pork chops. Dinner come with soup or salad and dessert. Food quality is ok, service was attentive. Have dinner and your table gets reserved seating to the World of color show. Front row, water spray for... More

Made reservations for our sons 8th birthday during our visit to Disneyland Adventure Park. The restaurant is simply beautiful inside. They seated us promptly and the service was amazing. We are a family of four, 2 adults one teenager and an 8 year old. The dinner bill was very expensive but worth it because of the service and vip view... More

Of the more expensive, character dining experiences, we really enjoyed this one. Sat outside on the deck. Food was great, drinks good, and service very good. And the princesses were special.

It's the little mermaid, all my kids like this ride and the bonus is that the line is rarely very long so you can go again and again, that is also a risk, you may be demanded by your child or children to go again and again and again, lol, I asked what the record was for most consecutive rides,... We did the World of Color dinner package. We were called in right at our reservation time (recommended ) and taken to a beautiful waterfront table. The prix fixe menu had something for everyone and the food was good. The lobster tail was a bit overcooked but the tri tip was delicious. The dessert was out of this world and... More
