Nothing wrong with a 3-pip rating. Nothing wrong with La Hacienda. We stopped by for a late lunch, so the service was quick, but a bit less friendly than we would've preferred. Everyone was happy with their meals - the typical burritos, rellenos and enchiladas. Typical beer selection. Typical strip mall location.

We ate lunch here on the day we arrived in Angels Camp. I had the No. 9 combination, and my sister had the hamburger taco and enchilada plate. They were both great, and the extra dollar for shredded beef in my taco was absolutely worth it! You could tell that they flavored the meat with their own blend of fresh... More

Probably the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Was hoping it was going to be good because it's not a chain restaurant, but it was terrible. The hostess took my order, the waitress brought it out and said " Hi, I'm your waitress, here's your food" She then placed it on the table and walked away. Chile verde was more... More

Good menu with Sonoran flavor. Prompt service. Very friendly servers. Food was served hot and well presented.

We were in the mood for Mexican food after a day of hiking. We got a tip from our hotel that there was a good place in the nearby shopping center. We figured it was a good sign when we saw that it was small, not a chain, and it appeared locals were customers. Our waitress was delightful, she told... More

Vegetarians can order the veggie burrito which comes with lettuce tomatoes and guacamole. They charge extra for chips which was surprising. The food was about average - nothing bad nothing great. Service was also average. I'd try another Mexican place next time but if there are nine others then it will do if you're wanting Mexican.

This restaurant is very casual, but has very good food. The waitress was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The salsa was a little bit on the tomatoey side, not chunks just the flavor. Dinner was very good. I really enjoyed my shredded beef enchilada and chili Rellano. The salsa verde was excellent as was the... More

Love the salsa and food. I'm never disappointed by the food here. The enchilada with green sauce is the best.

My brother and I stopped here for some take out burritos, expecting to just pick up a couple of foil wrapped burritos to take to a local park to eat. Instead they came on a paper plate covered in chili verde sauce a little salsa pico de gallo on the side and some chips and salsa. Very tasty

The beef in my flautas were burned and the food was bland. I ate by myself as they mixed up my husband's order. He ordered beef enchiladas and said there was more cheese than beef. The chips are not the same as they used to be.
